Customers are saying
Customers consistently note the excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, and impressive battery life of the ManO'War Wireless 7.1 Gaming Headset. Many appreciate the wireless functionality and strong bass response, although some found the headset's size and headband durability to be problematic. A few users experienced compatibility issues, particularly with the Xbox. The price point was also a factor for some customers.

Love this headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Probably one of the best I've had. Haven't had any issues with them being uncomfortable. Love the song quality. Definitely worth the money spent.

GREAT Headset, but they hurt. Had to return.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would have loved to have kept this headset. It looks great, it has Razer Chroma, so the lighting synced up with the rest of my Razer gear, and the sound quality was excellent (on par with the Astro a50s). However, the ear padding was too shallow, so my ears touched the inside of the ear cup, bending my ear back just a little bit. This wasn't a big deal for the first 30-45 mins, but after that I had to constantly take the headset off or adjust them because my ears were very uncomfortable. I don't really have ears that stick out too much and they are just average size. I have read plenty of reviews that rave about how comfortable the Mano'wars are, so this isn't a problem for everyone. For me, sadly, I had to exercise Best Buy's great return policy and return them. One more thing I was disappointed in is that they did not come with a stand.

Great headset- mediocre mic
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great wireless headset, but microphone comes in static(y) sometimes. I get great signal in my entire house. Highly adjustable through razer synapse software. Far superior to wired headset, best wireless headset for the price range. Overall 9/10.

A former Logitech G933 User !
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are pretty equivalent in terms of sound quality to the G933. Pros: -The sound volume is much higher - Excellent positional audio compared to G933's Dolby and DTSX. -The leatherette ear cups are a lot more comfortable for me personally compared to the cloth on G933. -The standby battery life is much better in my personal use compared to the G933. -These don't clamp my head from the sides compared to the G933. -I felt these were lighter to G933 and the top band is wider giving more surface area on top of the head. Cons -Software needs more customization and EQ setup for games -Wish it had some buttons like the G933 has on the headset to activate a particular EQ setting while in-game -A 3.5mm input like the G933's dongle or headset or inclusion of bluetooth would have been a great feature If you want to preview the razer positional audio similar to this headset, you can download Razer Surround software on your PC which will simulate the 7.1 on any 3.5mm headphone. I tried it with the ATH-M50 which convinced me to exchange my G933 for these.

Good sound, Poor make
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.(short review for people who don't want to read it all) Mic quality is good, sound quality is great, battery life is shorter than advertised, lasts about 7 hours of gaming with no chroma and 5 hours with chroma. Headset itself is very very flimsy, it feels like it will break when you pick it up and put it down, overall, just buy a different headset, this one is good but not worth the price. (Long Review) The sound quality for this headset is really good! it sounds great, but it is made out of really cheap plastic. It squeaks and cracks just from taking it on and off your head. The top of the headset has two very tiny pieces on either side that hold the foam cushion in place, as i stated earlier it is very cheap and flimsy. the two plastic pieces broke on one side just from taking it on and off. So now the foam piece doesn't rest properly on my head and isn't comfortable. it is also very bottom heavy, the earcups themselves are massive and i'm a pretty large guy (6'0) and they have never sat completely flush on my head. Even at the lowest size it would go. Battery Life isn't as advertised, about 7 hours without chroma, 5 with. Headset also turns itself off if there is no sound coming in for a little while (i assume to save battery), mine would turn off sometimes in the middle of me speaking to someone. So i would have to turn it back on again. Overall, the sound quality is great, but it's really not worth the price you pay for it. It's way too flimsy. if you must buy it, get the protection plan because you will need it for sure.

Center Pad broke off after 4 months of use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These things sound great, Love the volume adjustments on the mic and the battery life is really nice. I cant even hear my wife telling me to go mow the lawn with these bad boys on. .But these things break VERY easy, You MUST use both hands to put them on or take them off. Any twisting pressure on them and the padded center part will snap off and after that, they can actually snap in HALF from just setting them on the desk. Its a known problem and Razor did do a RMA on mine and hope they resolved the issue with a better design, but you have been warned! Not sure if the BestBuy service plan would cover this or not, but if you get these. Get the service plan, hehe.

Not for PS4!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The box clearly states that the headphones are compatible with PS4. Although I could get sound to come out of them, I could not make any adjusts to the sound... like turn it up or down. Plugged them into my MSI laptop and they are amazing. Don't buy them if you want them for PS4.

Do not buy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this headset based purely on the reputation of the company, boy do I regret it. The headset was not very comfortable at first, though I figured I just had to get used to it so I kept it past the return date. Unfortunately, that's when the real problems started. - The overall frame is solid, but the pad for the top of your head is attached by the flimsiest 4 pieces of plastic possible. I take great care of my equipment, but these snapped easily, which created a very uncomfortable headset. - There is an on-screen low battery indicator that will minimize the game you're playing. It can't be turned off. Additionally, the charging while plugged in is too slow to keep up with use. So once it's low battery, it's completely unusable. - The headset will automatically shut off if idle. However, it for some reason doesn't detect some low volume noises. So even if there is sound, but it's really quiet for an extended period, the headset will shut off. This device is simply not the quality I'd expect from Razer and is definitely not worth the price. Look elsewhere.

Cheap
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound is great, mic is great. I've had mine for exactly 2 years, and they are broke. the plastic headband is so flimsy. I always had them hanging on a headphone holder. One day I went to put them on and SNAP. I do not recommend this product.

After using it for a few months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headphones seem nice but the build quality is junk. The padding is held in place by flimsy plastic arms that will break off leaving the headphones with zero padding. The receiver that can be put into the headphones will fall out from the smallest shock including setting the headphones down on a table gently. Using the dock to store the receiver is a recipe to losing the receiver. I would not buy these headphones again. They just don't seem on the same level as my Kraken 7.1 I was using previously.

I don't like them
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would not recommend these to anyone. Calibrating them demonstrated how little the "surround" sound worked. I had to reset the windows sound option back to the Man 'O War headphones repeatedly; windows never did retain the idea. I got the "Surround Sound Pro" free, which was nice, till I learned that it did not acknowledge Man 'O War headphones. A total disappointment; Best Buy will get these back.

Nice headset, evil software
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headset is great, the cloud based software is awful. Creates a startup, registers a background service, connects to the mothership and opens network ports on every system startup. Contacted their support, no stand alone driver/software available.
