I've had 3 of these and all 3 had different issues the first one died after a week internally so I returned it the second one the microphone was defective it made you sound like a robot the 3rd one did not vibrate 3 different issues 3 different headsets ill be passing on this one unfortunately too.many issues

broke within the first day of use, the ear pieces are flimsy plastic. The microphone is also not very clear. I will try the turtle beach next time they look stronger.

After having these for around 6 months, they just stopped charging. Apparently it is a known issue and there is a fix posted on Reddit as well as several youtube videos on it. Wish I had done more research before purchasing.

Awesome! The haptic (vibration) is a come on! Price is worth it though got this on sale (which is beyond expectation for the price). I thought when on sale, there must be some downsides but can't say one yet. It's just really quite big but don't find it burdensome. Sound quality is truly immersive!

Got this as a gift for my brother. He loves it. Works great with PlayStation. The game volume makes the headset rumble improving the experience. He mostly plays 1 player games so not sure how well the mic works but definitely a cool gift to get. Easily switches devices by moving the usb adapter to another device.

These headphones have the most amazing sound. They work great with the Razer software. Found myself turning to see if someone was behind me when gaming at times LOL. The only slight annoyance is the way the "weightless" headstrap slides around .. probably just my head

These are great, can’t figure out how to use them wireless, but they are great for gaming either way.

The bass response is unheard of…pun intended. These shake leaving your head into another world separating your mind into the world of your game environment. The ear cuffs are soft and fold flat when you need to take them off to determine if somethings going on in the game or the real world.

I cant tell you enough how terrible this headset it, it doesnt have one single redeeming feature. worst sound quality I have ever heard on the headset and mic Endless technical issues Razer Synapse software is trash poor build quality for the price Overall i cant recommend these to anybody at all

By far the best immersive headphones. Works great with movies, music, and video games.

Hard to say how good this is because mine did not work right out of the box so I am guessing it was defective and my luck. i returned it and just got my money back mostly because the store did not have any more in stock. It was also a deal of the day so I will wait for possibly a purchase again when it goes on sail.

I would’ve given this five stars because I really like them although hi Had a problem with mic feedback But I think the problem was with my computer. I tried all the steps for for troubleshooting but just couldn’t get it to work. I had great results with the Black Shark V2 Pro though.

Shouldve looked at reviews for this but it does not work with the ps5. You get terrible mic feedback and they are too sensitive no matter how low the level. Otherwise they are an amazing headphone

This headset cost $200. I bought one 8 days ago. This morning it is dead. Search online for "Nari Ultimate won't turn on" This is a common issue to this model. A model of headset that costs $200 and doesn't even last 2 weeks.

Nice headset with cool features. Fragile if dropped from small heights. get the insurance.
