I have purchased over 10 of these headsets in the few years and I seem to have to replace them every year. If you need something that will last awhile, look elsewhere. Never buying again

I really wanted to love this headset, especially for the haptics, but you can't use the haptics if you're going to use the built in mic. The haptic motors can be heard through the mic according to some friends of mine. If you have a separate mic then it could work, otherwise the haptic feature is a bit pointless.

Rather thin on the instructions but a good product. Very easy to use.

Sounds quality yes, however the microphone is horrible. My party couldn’t hear me, said it sounded like it was in a well. Even with mic inputs up on the gaming system. Returned. If you use a stand alone mic like a Yeti then these would work for the sound quality.

At first you think these are a really nice high quality head, and you would be right. That is not the problem though. the 2.4ghz wireless dongle is cheaply made and easily damaged. This must be a common problem because a quick google search shows dozens of pages of people needing help replacing the dongle. normally I would not write about this, but this was a $200 headset and now its a paper weight. I have tried going to Razer to buy a new one but they don't sell it. I can get a replacement for their cheaper models but not their top end models. why is that? If this is how razer is going to treat their top tier customers then what they are really saying is they don't care about their customers.

Fun, a bit of a novelty product, but it does exactly what it claims.

Replace headphones for my sons gaming system he loves them and uses daily.

they work good and last long. i use them on pc and have other razer products.

Works fairly well. Sometimes the my voice comes across garbled though.

Mic is terrible. So much feedback and Razer does not offer proper support for PS4 users.

I've had mine for 5 weeks, taking it back because it keeps dcing from its own Bluetooth device. I'm sitting within 4 feet from the pc that has the Bluetooth in it. Uncalled for. Nothing there for any interference.

Audio is great, your microphone quality is below average though.

Used it 2x and mic quality was horrible not sure if it was the one I bought but I can’t use the mic and now can’t exchange it

It's a good headset bit volume buttons need to be depressed buttons. There wheel and when you take on or off headset you have to be careful of not moving them. Left wheel tends to interfere with mic. So really a pain to use with discord. Otherwise sound is great and mic I was told by friends is great.

The headset that I ordered was part of the battery bug that this headset has. These headphones are nice when they work. Unfortunately they will seldom hold a charge, they stop charging and disconnect, and will play the connect and disconnect from computer noise over and over. There is an online tutorial to fix this which I have done multiple times. Sometimes it fixes it for a few days, sometimes it doesn't. For the price of these headphones, they should work without any issues. I can not recommend, and will be very hesitant buying any Razer headsets again.

Great gaming headset. Had issue with a weird sound but thsg has been fixed.

They are functional but the mic sounds horrible compared to other products in the same price range. Returned them after a few days because the audio settings are a nightmare to handle/navigate. But the bass on it is impressive.

I bought these based on website information. The model purchased was supposedly made for XBOX. Boy, was I taken in. First, they were shipped-in and took almost a month! Then they were all but impossible to stay connected to my XBOX. Then they literally fell apart at the headband. REALLY POOR manufacturing and cheap materials. BOTH L&R EAR CUPS HAD TO BE REMADE BY HAND TO BE USABLE. Totally disappointed! Sound was great; BUT MICROPHONE ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. THERE IS NO PLACE TO LOCATE IT WHERE IT WOULD WORK CONSISTENTLY. NEVER BUY RAZER ANYTHING AGAIN.
