The overall sound of the headset was amazing and better than any other headset I have experience. The mic on the other had never worked with the synaps app and it caused me to return this headset and lose out on some amazing audio.

Overpriced. The mic is mediocre and constantly having echo issues. Ive now had to turn push to talk on or use my siren mic.picking the right setting to actually be able to adjust chat and game sound is more of a hassle than anything. Tried to return but missed the 15 day return mark.

The headset has an issue where it will disconnect and reconnect constantly every 60 seconds if the dongle is plugged into a usb 3.0 port or if it’s in the back of the computer and not in direct line of sight. Very annoying bug otherwise I really liked the headset.

They sound wonderful! However my only complaint is that they don't have a lot of foam so I have to wear a beanie with them or put something soft between the headphones and my head.

Amazing headphones for non FPS games, for FPS Competitive gaming, the headphones struggles with 3D surround. Sound quality although is amazing, specially the bass levels are insane.

Haptic Too Strong

I brought this for my 13 year old to use with his gaming PC and the haptic vibrations are really strong. These were awful for him. If you turn down the volume to decrease the haptic, that also turns down the volume for sound. Also, the headphones were not adjustable and would slide right down off his head. The look very durable and the color/lighting was very impressive but not the right fit for my son. We had to switch to one of their other headphones:

These did not work with Discord, and updating drivers did nothing. I saw that once customer had to create a second Razer account in order to use the mic. I use Razer - Kraken Tournament Edition Wired Stereo Gaming Headset for PC instead.

I didn't buy them for the gamer experience. I brought cause my wife is working from home and she wanted some great headphones that sounded great and drowned out the kids. And these do that. As my son has an pair for his gaming experience.

Quit charging after about 21 months. 12 month warranty. I paid $174 and now it's useless. Charger is microUSB in a world where USB-C is king.

I got this for my son so he could play Fortnite on his switch and talk to his friends. He loves it! The also uses them for remote learning for his school. Not all headphones/mic are compatible with Nintendo switch but these work wonderfully.
