Quit charging after about 21 months. 12 month warranty. I paid $174 and now it's useless. Charger is microUSB in a world where USB-C is king.

All these headset work for a time just but insurances on it

Fantastic headphones. Got them for gaming, but now I use them to listen to music and go on calls while I work from home. Terrific sound quality and able to connect via USB, BT, or audio jack. Why choose one when you can have them all?

This headset looks nice and is comfortable but lacks in audio quality. The price could be lower and there are better options available. I would not recommend to anyone in the market for a headset.

software for them sucks, mic sounds bad, audio was weird sometimes

Brought these for the grandson after buying a corded disaster, found an associate inside who actually knew my pain and purchased these gems!! Works great...Easy install and Charging Lasts!!

At first this was fine. Its been a few months and now it no longer works.

Bought it didn't like it due to sound issues so returned it.

Was expecting them to be a whole lot better than my previous headset which lasted a Year, But these are slowly degrading to a point where they don't want to turn on for the bluetooth, let alone charge. The electrical smell is still there, despite reading up how it's going to go away after awhile, I mean I still liked the features which includes chat volume/game volume control and bass boost, but the Battery life is dreadful and how it has these problems honestly made me prefer the cheaper product.

The best pair of gaming headphones I’ve ever owned. The haptics alone are worth the price of admission. Sound quality is aight, mic is not the greatest... but you know you came here for the bass: Congratulations it’s here!

BEST HEADSET IVE HAD TRUELLY An AMAZING EXPIRENCE unfortunately i had to return t beacuse my computer cpu had issues and the audio would freeze but 10/10

not the best speakers but features make up for it.

Honest Review: It’s a good headset don’t get me wrong, haptic feedback vibrations can be a little too much while gaming or watching videos or movies. On a bad note the mic picks up sounds coming through your headset if you use for gaming in other words people can hear your game audio as a annoying echo. I personally haven’t found a way to change that through the settings yet. Not worth it for gaming unless they fix the mic issues and that’s why I’m giving this 2 stars otherwise I’d give it 5. Would I recommend this to a new user? Probably not. If you have the money to spend You can purchase it if you’d like and try it out for yourself. You can always return them if it doesn’t suit you and get something else a try.

Sound quality sucks...get the hyperx headset, trust me

Get a different headset especially if youre calling with people. Headset loops back and makes people hear themselves. Cant fix, had to buy a new mic because of it

it was working good for few weeks, now it keeps disconnect/reconnect every few minutes. not sure what is wrong. where how can i get support for this?? Thanks

The headphones them selves have great quality, but for some reason the microphone is completely awful. No matter what settings I choose, I still sound like Im talking through speaker phone on a 2003 flip phone.

Great headset after I got it configured. Pairing it with some older devices was not as simple as it could have been. would be nice if it would pair with the device instead of using a USB port

I've had cheaper headsets that worked way better and sounded way better. It's not actual surround sound. It has bass speakers that tries to simulate surround sound and it just does not work.

Just what you would expect honestly. Bluetooth on PC and PS5 also works wired on Xbox and Switch, havent tried on the phone yet but probably works too
