It sounded okay, but the cooling gel didn't last and it was ultimately too heavy over time. Also not a huge fan of Razer's software (Synapse) so I wound up returning it.

I've been eyeballing these for awhile. My ONLY complaint is they slide off your head if you tilt your head back at all. There's almost no clamping force to them do to the adjustable headband. Sound is fine, but for the price, idk yet.

Not sure why all the bad reviews, this headset is GREAT. I love the feedback, and my discord buddies all say the mic sounds good.

Not worth the price range, 1st thing. This gaming head phone is not "Bluetooth" compatible. It use a "USB" dongle for connectivity. Second thing, the range from the head phone from dongle has to be within 5 to 6feet for me? In order for it to connect to each other. Well mine was like that, while its advertise for a range of 39 feet?
3rd thing is, the vibration for the headphones was working intermittent for some reason?
Hopefully nobody else gets the issues that i had with this product?
I end up returning it, to get a better bang for the buck!

Expected big things, a little disappointed, with the sound quality coming from the HyperX Cloud Orbit S head set. The features are nice and the software bug free. The sound quality should be better for the price.

This headset is really good if you are just using it for audio but if you are also using the mic it is terrible it only lasted me a couple months before the mic broke.

This product sounds amazing, But the sheer fact that follow all connections. You plug the USB tongle in and let it sync, You got Razer synaps runnin and everything. The fact that the usb tongle is no more than a foot from my head and a fully recharged headed according the razer pc app. And its cutting in and out repeatedly, And you cann't expiernce the headphones full potental via analog connection. Its just a nightmare

Nice headset. They have a known yet unsolved problem where the feature that SHOULD allow you to choose levels between chat and game volume does not work. If they fixed that they'd be GREAT.

Initially I liked the look and sound. When it came to the mic and gameplay. My cousins were complaining about hearing everything I heard through my headphones. Which was kind of weird. So I took it back.

Best Headset, I really like the rumble feature. The cooling pads do help a lot but after a while the headset can wear you down. I wish the mic quality was better though.

the range of this product is 3 FEET before it cracks and do not get me started on the CONSTANT BEEPS that drive you nuts and you have to use a wall plug adapter in order to charge and use it at the same time. it also CLAIMS to be EYEGLASSES FRIENDLY , but that is a BOLD FACE LIE! this is the second product from razor that has failed to live up to the hype or even low standards. i feel like i should be paid to use this.
