I have many of the Razer wired item including a headset. I was wanting to go wireless with the headset, so naturally loving the wired I went with their wireless. BIG MISTAKE. The mic has an echo. when you are in chat whomever your talking to can hear themselves. I spent 4 days making adjustments along with having a very high end Tech helping. The only way to get rid of it is to uninstall the additional software. Considering all my accessories are Razer that means no RGB, but the worst part is when that software is not install the volume is pretty much not there at all. You can not turn it up loud enough to drown out a ceiling fan. Until the software is fixed a 1 is too high. When I returned it there was another person there returning a pair at the same time for the same reasons.

It’s a comfortable fitting headset but It does not come with a USB so I have no idea how to make it wireless without it. And everyone I play with says they hear their echo. Would not recommend.

if I could give a NEGATIVE star I would...
My headset Hyper X broke on me so I decided to upgrade to Razer Nari Ultimate which costed me twice than the Hyper X.
Honestly, this Razer Nari Ultimate THX Spatial sounded 10 times worst than the Hyper X !!
I give up and ordered another set of Hyper X from Best Buy and returning this crap BS...
The sound on this Razer is ridiculous not even as close to Hyper X. The BASS is not even close to Hyper X, the highs not even close to Hyper X... on this Razer I have tried their apps and also connected directly to my soundblaster card... tuned up/down... bass low to high... this and that....NO LUCK... still sounded like crap... this is not worth the money...
I am returning it for Hyper X.

My son used this headset for less than 6 months and the speaker stopped working. His friends complained from the beginning that they could here some distortion when he speaks. Not what you expect from the Razr brand.

Complexly broke after just 3 months of use. Won’t charge, won’t turn on, past the return date. Ridiculous for the price. $20 headphones work better. Dont waste your time or money

Something is wrong with the mic. Always echos in party chat. Also you cannot turn off the vibration in the headset without a PC. Good quality sound but would not recommend for xbox use.

For $250 I would have hoped the battery would hold a charge for longer than 2 hours... keeps getting shorter and shorter and have had some connectivity issues as of recent. Most likely will be returning the purchase.

Headphones work great when they work. Had the head phones for less than 6 months and they went out on me. No charge, they won’t turn on, nothing so now I have a $150 paper weight
