I bought these in the hopes of a nice headset for gaming and music. Long story short I'm returning them in the morning. Audio is okay overall. For music that's bass heavy these are trash without the "haptic intensity" which are just rumble motors in each ear. Mic quality is absolutely horrendous, with these being discord certified you would hope they would work with discord without having any issues. Unfortunately that is not the case, the mic is worse than the Corsair Vengeance pro ($80ish) that my fiancé has. These feel comfy but that is all they have going for them. Overall if you are looking for a good headset all around DO NOT GET THE NARI ULTIMATE.

On the actual box it says for Xbox but not for the SeriesX you can use them but you can not go wireless and it sucks because you literally have to have it full blast to hear everyone can’t get a good mix going with game/chat volume.

Both pairs I've owned have battery issues, will be returning. Battery has died and requires constant power for both. Also razer support is non existent.

These headphones are incredibly spotty in terms of working. I often have to unplug and restart my computer or console just to get them working. It doesn’t work with my gaming computer or my xBox X. You best have a backup set...

I really like Razor but these headphones felt cheap and while they sounded decent for the home connisewer with an untrained ear they were merely ok to anaudiophile like myself. These were the least fancy things I wore all day.

I’m honestly disappointed in this product. I figured I would give Razer another shot but they disappoint me once again. My turtle beach has better sound quality, volume, and a better microphone. Sad to say I would not recommend

They cut in and out, the charge time eh', play time? You spend more time with it wired charging and re connecting then it's worth.

Solidly built but could not correct the static heard in several different apps and web browsing. Set up was easy and the software was easy to understand and customize. I looked into the static issue and it appears to be an ongoing problem between Razer's products and the THX software. Followed some of the suggestions which involved uninstalling software and removing files from the registry which still didn't correct the issue. Seems like a lot of work to get a $200 pair of headphones to function as expected. Since I can't get the static to go away, I'll return these and look at other options.

Comfortable but the sound was just muddy. Underwhelming in every way when compared to the it's predecessor, the Man O'War. The haptic feedback seemed like more of a gimmick and I ended up shutting it off.

    Amazing Headset

I bought this headset while on sale for $79.99 which was an amazing deal for such an amazing headset. The audio is clean and the surround sound is incredible and you can tell where every sound is coming from in games. The haptic feedback on the headset is good but better for watching movies or listening to music not for playing games. One issue is that the headset is quite big and heavy but it's not much of a problem. Overall a great headset especially when on sale.

Great headset….. when it works. On my second one in a month and as I am posting this need to submit a warranty because it won’t charge. What exactly am I paying 175$ for?

Trash audio and mic quality. Really disappointed in razer, they can make a decent keyboard and mouse but that's about it. I'm taking this back as soon as I can. The audio lacks treble and it doesn't sound crisp. Went into my audio properties and found the highest frequency range is 16bit 48000HZ 'DVD Quality' - which also makes sense why the audio sucks. Microphone had static in the feedback test, and also a "sonar echo ping". Your associate sold me these as this was supposed to be "top of the line" I am going back to what I know and can trust - sennheiser.

Haptics are a cool idea, usually love Razer products, but that’s sound like crap. If the audio(which is the whole point of headphones) was better I’d rate 4/5 stars.

messes up way too much, when charging it keeps disconnecting every 2 minutes and it’s annoying. way too overhyped, not even worth it when it’s $100 off.

Sound great but they fell off my lap onto a carpeted floor and the plastic around the right speaker broke. I guess I'll have to break out the duct tape so I can use them.
