microphone quality for fellow players was abyssmal at best. very low volume even with multiple other variables adjusted. earphone volume can be heard through the mic.

My granddaughter returned it, she said it wasn’t compatible with the Xbox. Purchasing experience was great, but I was disappointed it didn’t work out for my granddaughter.

Headphones great! however Bestbuy clearly sold me a returned/used product, wireless dongle was missing, scuffs on the product. That or it was tampered with instore.

Amazing product. Sounds great feels great even with hours upon hours of long use. I work from home for 10 hour days and then I’m a gamer so I continue to use this headset for another 4-6 hours after work near daily and it never becomes uncomfortable. The Haptic feedback is bad and I usually turn it off. Only complaint I have is that the build quality is absolutely horrendous. I’ve had two of these so far and both of them completely broke the plastic in the band after about a year. Despite my love for this headset I’m looking for a new one because I can’t be paying these prices every year

They cut out all of the time.. And they are a little heavy on the head..

Asked a best buy sales associate if these were xbox compatible. Assuming they understood via Bluetooth but they do not have Bluetooth connectivity to Xbox. Only through audio jack that works about 40% of total volume. Also, there is unbearable eco for anyone that joins my party. Really disappointed with the Best Buy support staff and their general lack of knowledge of inventory.

I bought this headset thinking it would be great. Went home and turned them on and the mic was absolutely terrible. No one could hear me, and if they did, there was a terrible echo in the voice chat. Try to adjust the microphone level only made things worse because then the mic would make a loud high pitched noise like it was touching another microphone. By far the fastest return I’ve ever made. Rather stick with HyperX or Turtle Beach headphones which are more reliable.

These headphones are great and the rumble is a fun addition, but i couldn’t use them because they gave me a headache.

i wanted to love it but i could not. as i was playing the sound kept cutting in and out even at short range 4ft away.

Poor audio quality and mic quality. Bugs with Razer Synapse and THX audio make these unusable.

Definantly not worth 200bucks. My $100 logitech does better than this one

Mic stopped working after 2 weeks. Audio works fine but terrible microphone and terrible support.

I grabbed the Nari Ultimate when it was on sale and it was a great deal. I know the haptic feedback can be hit or miss for some people, but personally, I really like it. Wireless headphones are also great to walk around while listening to music/videos, etc. My previous Nari Ultimate lasted me between 2-3 years so I am happy with the quality.

Has extremely big bass but headphones r really big bulky on you head

the headphones would sometimes not turn on, and when they finally would the sound would only work through a single headphone. also the bass is kind of ridiculous. you could feel the vibrations on your ears/head. i don’t recommend unless you wanna feel like youre in a 2000 blacked out honda civic with 2 12’s in the trunk.

Mic continuously fails i've replaced about 4 of these headsets go and get the man o wars never had a problem with them

Headset worked fine for a week and then every day after that there were problems. To start on discord the audio from share screen comes through crackling and distorted; as well as this when the output volume is at a constant level and/or the volume becomes too low the audio will cut out completely and no more sound will be registered.

Too heavy . It hurts my ears as well. Looks cool but not efficient

I bought these for my son but the microphone must not work very well. I don’t think his friends can hear him. He’s constantly screaming and making stupid noises all night long. However he did stop playing Fortnite so I’ll take that as a win

Terrible for price. Wont stay charged, wont stay connected to PC.
