Save time and just throw away $200 instead
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want you mic to pick up all sound that comes through your headset this is the one for you. I spent 2 days with razer tech support to find out that their product is just trash and no way to fix it. I'd recomend getting some string and a couple cans as I'm sure your voice would sound better with that than using this headsets crap mic.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT BUY! The microphone sucks and no one can hear you in Discord or other multiplayer games. Would return these today but the store is already closed. I've spent the last two hours trying to get the microphone to pick up my voice but it seems Razer is aware of the issue and is not doing much at all to fix it. DO NOT BUY!

Not impressed
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awful. My first wireless headset and it kept just not working, even did troubleshoot with Razer. They suggested I exchange it for a new one. I returned this but used my refund to get the Razer Black shark (wireless) instead. Believe the lower reviews with this one.

Lots of bass
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To much bass drowns out foot steps, good for single player submersible games

Battery will die after two years.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Right ear muff/speaker went out after 4 years. After 2 years the battery went down the drain, needs to be constantly plugged in, otherwise, it will die in minutes. For the price, I was expecting this headset to last me at least 5 years. Battery lasted two years. Functionality, lasted four years. If the battery lasted just as long as the ear muff, I wouldve rated this 4 stars.

No replacement dongle.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly the headset works well, but the fact that you can't buy a replacement usb dongle is absolutely absurd for how much Razer charges. I just moved and cannot find the usb dongle. DO NOT BUY.

||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this last year and never got around to writing a review. I bought this hoping i could use for xbox, PS4/ps5 and pc. The echo on this headset is atrocious. Save your money and get a steel series.

Random beeping every 5-60 seconds
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For some reason the headphones randomly beep. There is approximately 2 feet of space between the headphones and the USB adaptor but I keep getting beeped at. For close to $200 I'd expect better so these are going back.

Only buy it on sale ONLY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Listen, I got this with a CRAZY black Friday discount so I shouldn't really complain, but the fact this is normally around $200 is insane. This is my first wireless headset. I was window shopping and came across this one, realized it was basically $110 off, so I caved and bought it. First off, the mic is TERRIBLE. Do NOT!!! buy this if you don't already have a separate mic. It's tinny and muffled. I accidentally had it set to the headset mic when I first used it and it was so embarrassing being told my mic sounded bad, especially after raving about buying this "cool new headset for cheap". I already have a REALLY good mic that was only $50, and that one sounds 100x better than the one on this supposed $200 product. Battery life is also pretty freaking bad. Lasts about 8 hours (two days worth of gaming for me) with everything but the LEDs off (and they were just on STATIC). I've read that having all the actually cool features on reduces battery life even more. The haptics on it are super disorienting. I was listening to a recording of myself with my usual mic and then the Razer Nari mic, and when I moved my mic (held up by a mic arm), the headset started rattling my brain around with all the vibrations going on. Just awful. I turned those off. I can't imagine what that feels like when you're playing a video game or watching something with loud sounds. THEY'RE ALSO HUGE!!!! They look like the headphones on the Jet Set Radio guy. Just enormous and bulky and heavy as heck. The Game/Chat knob is a REALLY cool idea, but it messes with the overall max volume. Plus, if you're using them with PC, theres a high chance you're using discord, and you can already do that in-app. If you're using the VC in a game, it's useless. It counts in game VC as game audio. The only reason I'm not giving this 1 star is because they're at least useable. I've had them not even a week and I'm already considering other options. I lost the receipt and I forgot to give my number so it's not on my account, so I don't think I'll be able to return this. Just gotta put up with it for now I guess.

No audio
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this a month ago and already lost audio capabilities. Talking works just fine. When the headset did work, the audio sounded amazing. Short term expensive purchase this was.

Dont buy for ps4
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not good for ps4 party play. Its impossible to turn the game sound high enough to hear footsteps in fps without creating and echo in the party chat. They shouldnt advertise ps4 compatible on the box.

Great sound, poor build quality.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Though these are fairly comfortable and sound great with some nice convenience features, that's about it. Haptic feedback drains the already weak battery so fast that it's not worth using, and I've had to repair this piece of junk 3 separate times already. I used the wired Kraken Chroma V2 for years before this, and that pair still works flawlessly, and besides earcup replacements, I've never had to fix them otherwise. Very disappointed, Razer. You used to be better.
