    Great sound, poor build quality.

Though these are fairly comfortable and sound great with some nice convenience features, that's about it. Haptic feedback drains the already weak battery so fast that it's not worth using, and I've had to repair this piece of junk 3 separate times already. I used the wired Kraken Chroma V2 for years before this, and that pair still works flawlessly, and besides earcup replacements, I've never had to fix them otherwise. Very disappointed, Razer. You used to be better.

    Amazing Sound, Terrible Quality (Battery/Mic)

I loooooved the sound and haptics on this headset, and the ear pieces are SO COMFY, but unfortunately the quality overall is really disappointing. The battery life is awful and it declined from holding a charge for a few days to only a few hours within 2 weeks. Also, the microphone quality is choppy and frequently cuts out. I have had several Razer headsets and always run into quality/longevity issues, despite the comfy fit and good sound. Would not recommend.

This product has been nothing but problematic. Audio fades out when the sound is too low, mic simply doesn't work at time, surround sound don't work half the time.

Do not buy these either. The best headset for the Xbox Series S and X is the one that Microsoft makes. The wireless one. Everything else is not on its level.

The Nari is a little pricey, but, is a wonderful headset and worth every penny. The THX Spatial Audio works wonderfully, and the chromo works flawlessly with my keyboard and mouse. The gel in the earpieces lets me wear them for long periods comfortably without overheating.

Headset speaker sound was picked up by the mic no matter the settings if you like decently high volume. Get the blackshark v2 pro instead. The mic is 30x better

Says it works with your Xbox. But it only worked wired. Why would I spend all this money for a wired only headset. What a waste.

Low quality, breaks easily after normal use Like most other razer headsets. Mine stopped charging, returned headset and traded it in for a corsair.
