Ok so i wanted to give Razer a shot since ive never owned a razor headset before. I've been using a Platonics 800LX headset for a year now and i thought it was time to upgrade and boy was i wrong. Haptic feedback on the nari ultimates will get obnoxious FAST. you can lower the vibrations but they get triggered by the littlest bass (if you have a friend with a deep voice R.I.P your ears) The mic is EXTREMLY SENSITIVE even after multiple hours of tweaking and testing! my friends could hear my game through my mic unless id lower my entire volume at 50%. battery life with haptic feed back on and rgb will give you about 8 solid hours. without will give you 20+ hours. I am returning these tomorrow. -a pc player.

    Worst Headphones I've owned.

I had a pair of Logitech headphones that I have used for the last 5 years at least. Unfortunately my dog got to it and chewed the wiring so they no longer worked. I went and saw these in store, and thought it would be a nice upgrade so I spent the extra money to get them. I took them home, and as recommended, I plugged them in to charge the full 4 hours. Once they were done charging, I plugged them in to give it a go. First, to make them work correct, you have to install the Razer program on your computer. I started up my first game, and immediately could tell I had actually taken a major step back in sound quality compared to my old 5 year old Logitech headphones. The Nari Essential headphones have a weird, muffled sound to everything. The sound doesnt seem like its on par with a $80 pair of gaming headphones. Not only is the sound quality crap, but my friends state my voice through the microphone sounds robotic and unclear. The headset also gives off this incessant beeping noise, and theres 10 second spans where the audio is just pure static while its beeping at you every two or three minutes. I figured this was because the headset might not be charged, but this occurs even when its fresh off the charger. I gave up on using these headphones after listening to them emit static and beeping for 10 minutes straight, and am now using my $30 skullcandy headphones that give better sound quality, and the cheap built in microphone in that pair even has better quality than the Nari Razer. Never buying a Razer product again. Made to look fancy and capable, but in truth its cheap and of extremely poor quality.

I bought 2 for my boys to game with me. Sound was fantastic. Mic should have been left off. Had to return and get Kraken V33 Pro. Great headphones, terrible headset. If you have a separate mic, go for it if on sale.

I love this headset and it's very good quality, the only problem I have had with it is the mic being weird sometimes but it still works fine though!

Was a great product for the first few months to a yr. Problem with it is after so much use, it clicks trying to reconnect, making you pc freeze or lag for a few seconds off and on. if your a hard core gamer, I wouldnt recommend this headset.

VERY SHORT LIFE(less than 1 year) but Good Audio

I had these for about about a year before they just stopped connecting to the USB dongle all of the sudden. They don't provide any options for USB dongle replacements so when they stop working the headset is basically worthless... Customer service greatly lacks in any sort of helpful aid.

Big upgrade from the last razor headphones I had. That have now broken twice. The new strap design is much stronger and way more comfortable then the old plastic ones. They are super soft and have great sound. The wireless connection works great and they hold a good charge.

Functioned, but not what I wanted

I bought these a few months back and have been using them daily since then. There's many issues I've encountered, including but not limited to a rattle in one ear, the microphone is muffled, and the battery life never lived up to what is advertised (Even with haptic feedback and RGB off). To touch on that last point further, once the battery got low, the headset would turn off every 1-2 minutes, even if it was plugged in, basically, using this headset at low battery is very annoying. I also could not figure out how the dongle worked when I first received them, not realizing it was built into the bottom of the headset.

Cool idea, not there yet (NOT XBOX Compatible)

I loved the idea of these headphones. The vibration during gunfights was pretty cool but unfortunately, it's a not as immersive as I'd hope. If you are buying these for Xbox, DON'T. First off, the wireless USB adapter is not recognized by the Xbox. You have to plug in directly to the controller and out of 10 times of trying, it only worked once. There wasn't anything I could do to get these to work reliably on the Xbox.

Others can hear my voice echo when using on a PC while playing in games with chat on. Had mic volume and gain settings to lowest level. Works great on Xbox one! Hepatic feature is awesome. Returned do to echo issue.

One of the worse headsets I have ever purchased.

I am a big fan of Razer and all their products but they really got this one wrong. Going from the Kraken headset that lasted me a year and a half (before falling apart) that was pretty good to this one was a disaster. The second I plugged them in I knew the microphone was bad. Nothing but static and echo coming from the microphone. They focus too much on the features on the sound but forgot about the microphone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ARE A GAMER AMD WANT TO GAME AND COMMUNICATE. I am gladly returning these today.
