Great headset take a little getting used to but over all and amazing headset

I bought this as a gift, and my son loves it. He’s very happy with the sound quality.

Excellent sound. Couldn’t use the mic at all. Spent ~ 8 hours on Google, Reddit, Discord and YouTube trying to fix it and I couldn’t.

Product is great the service sucked. I did an online pick up the the cashier was absolutely miserable huffing and puffing behind the counter. I have never done a pick up from Best Buy and never will again

Good while they lasted, quit after 2 years. There are probably better headphones on the market. Be aware, warranty statement from Razer implies end of support. Meaning, you stop getting support when the warranty expires. Odd for a manufacturer dependent on loyalty and reputation in a competitive space.

Bought the Headset 10 months ago and the dongle has stopped working. I don't travel with it and it doesn't move from the desk. The sound is great. The mic is good. The headset is heavy and not great for extended use.

The headphones vibrate every time you get hit or hit someone in a game and it gives you a headache. The microphone makes your voice sound really odd.

I bought these a couple days ago and these were not up to expectations at all. I've seen and heard so many good things about these headphones but as soon as I put them on and tested them out. The volume barely even goes up, the microphone picks up things have across my house, it picked up my game audio despite it being almost its lowest volume setting, and it picked up my party chat somehow. These are overall just horrible. Not to mention they have a horrible grip on my head and it hurt my ears to even wear for no more than 30 minutes.

The only good thing about them is the build quality, feel solid and comfortable. My wireless earbuds have better sound quality and isolation...... and no need to use razors ***very good*** app. Stop working very regularly, and no consistent way to even fix that. Mic is very bad for the price fo them, people always complain that it sound like you are on some hill and its storming. Just dont waste your money, overall very bad experience.

do not buy... the sound is amazing and that is it the mic is absolute garbage. I bought two pairs just in case my first pair was defective... it was not. the support team with Razer says to download the synapse, it doesn't do anything. they tell you to down load the xbox app, the head set says undetectable even though it is connected. if you are going to spend the money just buy the Astro A50 much better product and everything actually works

Constant echo no matter what settings I adjust while Using ps5

When I use the head phones it’s just a constant high pitch ringing so I can’t even use them

My son and I purchased this for his new gaming system so I would not have to hear the game while he’s playing. To our disbelief and misfortune the headset stopped working very shortly after purchase and one of the earpieces Actually detached from the headband. We were very disappointed with the quality considering what we paid.

I have had nothing but connection issues with this headset since the day I bought them.

Hard to get where it's even nice to listen too. Sound doesn't seem clear at all

Broke in the first month for no reason and cant return cuz its ben more than 14 days what a waste of 150$
