The headset is amazing and works very well. Although I would like to see some improvement on the battery life and wireless length connection.

Nice headset, paired easily. Sound is o.k. nothing spectacular for the price though. They are very comfortable and drown outside noise very well. The distance is not great. I want to be able to move around without having to break conversations for every bathroom, smoke or munchies break. I couldnt even answer the door without losing connection. If you want to be tethered to your gaming room then why even bother with the extra expense of wireless? I took them back.

I was very skeptical to buy these headphones because i figured the haptic feedback would just be a gimmic, and i also read some bad reviews about sound not working on either side. The haptic feedback is actually awesome, I think it adds to a music/gaming experience in a enjoyable way and you can customize the haptic feedback on a pc, and the settings will save on the headset if you plug it into your phone. I did have trouble with the sound working on USB 3.0 Ports but I switched to a USB 2.0 port on my pc and it worked fine. I watched a youtube video on the perfect settings for configuring the headset and afterwards they sounded better than any headset ive had. Make sure to configure them and watch a video because out of the box they sounds meh.

I’ll admit it - the haptic gimmick is cool!

I prefer open back headphones, but other than that (these are closed) the Nari Witeless Ultimate may be the best headset I have used. The haptic feedback is absolutely a gimmick but it’s a darn cool one. It is configurable through the software so you can set the levels, and I find I like it while playing games. I have it set just below the default. I have used other Razer wired and wireless headsets. Other than the haptic feedback, these are much like other wireless headsets from Razer, including the need to run The Synapse software. It has gotten better over the years and is by no means any worse than the software from companies like Mogitech and Tteel Teries.

It can be a bit much, you have to find the settings that work best for you. Not a huge fan of a 4 hour battery Other than that these headphones Slap

Really nice headphones and have a deep sound. Probably a 6/10 on directionality in games but that may be more the game than the headphones. Also be aware for gaming you REALLY should install the Razer Synapse software to get the most out of your purchase.

Sounds good great deep bass but is to heavy on the head so you can hardly move or tilt your head back or front cause otherwise it will fell off your head and the base rumbles on the face sounds loud gamin sound is perfect but for music is not

I was a little skeptical to purchase these at first because of some of the negative reviews, but I love these headphones! That's why I decided to wait a month before reviewing. So far, I've had no trouble out of them. They work well with my Playstation but I've seen some Xbox folks say that they don't connect for them. They're really comfy and don't get hot super fast like some I've used in the past. The haptic feedback is pretty cool, but I don't use it as often as I thought I would. The RBG feature is cool as well but again, I don't pay attention to that as often as I thought I would. If you want to opt for a cheaper option without those two features, the Nari essentials are a good pick as well.

Product has been great for the past month. I mainly use it for my PC and PS5. The headphones have RGB included but only works when I connect it to my PC and have the razor applications downloaded. The sound system in the phones work well but, can be loud so you might have to adjust the settings to your liking. If the sound system is too loud, other players can hear an echo or you might hear your voice as well. Another function that I have notice is that the dial on the left side has a gaming and mic setting but, for me I notice that I have to turn the dial to the gaming side for my PS5 and the other side for my PC.

Excellent fit and comfort. Microphone is able to be pushed back so it is not in peripheral vision. Ear cushions are perfect shape and feel. Wireless feature helps even more with one less wire in the way. Very worthwhile gift!

I've tried many headsets before this and I've always been highly critical of the products. I'm not saying that this headset is perfect; it's not, but for the few flaws it has, it makes up for in it's features and usability. The haptic feedback is truly a feature that shines and it is hard to describe without experiencing it first hand. Buy and see if you like it!

This is the only headset I will buy. I had to pick one up for work also. I have really bad hearing because of a surgery and these work very well to sort out good sounds and usless sounds which helps me hear much better.

the sound quality is very good. I just did not like that if you increase the volume a lot, the vibration effect is blurred. I deactivated it
