The sound quality of this is okay. It took A LOT of tweaking as the default sound on it is so bass-heavy lyrics were heard to hear. After reading other reviews I found settings to fix (funnily, turning off half the bonus improvement stuff Razer added). What super sucks is the microphone. I wouldn't use this to call my grandma. Instantly everyone complained in discord about it and in other programs as well. Again had to google and read other reviews about how to improve it to an okay quality, but that most everyone agreed that the microphone isn't amazing. I really wish I had read reviews before impulse buying a headset after my original one broke. After tweaking and fighting with It I got it to acceptable levels, but the quality is that of a 2010 Logitech microphone. I poured over reddit threads on the Razer side to try to improve the experience and make sure it isn't user error, but I cannot find much else to do. I have contemplated returning it or complaining to best buy or Razer to get a different one, but haven't had a chance with the covid19 going on, have bigger fish to fry. TLDR: Good if you're 16 and parents want to give you a 'quality' headset I guess. If you actually use the microphone for streaming, voice chat, gaming, etc and listen to a lot of music, this is terrible and I recommend you look at something else immediately as this was not worth the price tag sadly.

Excellent product I wanted change a thing. My grandson really enjoys playing his game while using. I even brought myself a pair. The cost is worth it.

Such a good headset, good razer quality, Haptic Feedback is a great experience! Only dislikes are the mic quality when wireless and the weird little beeps from time to time

The heptic feedback is amazing and adds to the gaming experience. Mic quality is decent, build quality is on the cheap side and it uses the old micro USB. Overall I'm happy with the sound quality, if they can make those improvements as I stated, this would be 5 stars.

Too much bass for my taste. Although I do play video games on console, they are powered by THX which makes sense because of how much bass. Also no adjustability at all

Awesome headset! It takes a little playing around with the settings through the website, but once you get it dialed in, there's simply no comparison. I thought the haptic feedback would be gimmicky, but once you get used to it (and adjust your base levels) you won't want to play without it. Despite all the coolness with the sound and haptic feedback, the overall comfort wearing these is the true standout. Super comfortable to wear with glasses and for hours long gaming sessions. They're so comfortable that I've started wearing them for Skype and Teams meetings for work over just using my computer speakers.

Everything worked right out of the box. However, It was partially challenging getting everything set up and adjusted to my liking. The battery is long-lasting and this headset is VERY lightweight and comfortable, I can go for long periods of time without taking the headset off. 100% Recommend would buy again!

Great overall headset sound wise, the spatial surround sound is definitely crazy, my biggest issue with this headset is comfortability, there is nonway to adjust the size or anything so it’s basically a “one size fits some” headset, i do not notice the “cooling gel” or anything like that. It gives me a pretty big headache after wearing for more than an hour or 2 at a time, which i dont have this issue with my other Razer headsets in the past. The battery life is also pretty poor. If your wanting this headset for long gaming sessions i would recommend spending the extra few bucks on a better one that u can adjust.

I managed to get the last one in stock before the new year and I love this headset to the point where I want everyone to try it. The haptics are amazing for gaming as I feel like I’m in the game itself. This is more true when I’m playing music. I feel like I’m at a concert. This is the Nari to get when it’s on sale.

Amazing headset with great sound quality. However, it feels a little flimsy. The haptic feedback seemed like it'd be a gimmick, but it makes games so much more immersive! My suggestion is to keep the setting lower as high settings can give you a headache lol

I recently broke my Nari headset (the model below this one) and i loved that headset. So i figured I would go ahead and buy the nari ultimate. This is a great headset. It's exactly like the nari base model, except the quality of the materials is slightly better. Hypersense is also really nice once you get used to it. The battery life is great unless you're using the hypersense feature, but even then it's a great headset.
