I've had mine for about 9 months. In the time I've had it, I've loved it. It was comfortable and I liked the audio quality once I found the settings that worked for me. However, it recently just stopped working: it won't turn on or work wirelessly, and when it's plugged in via the headphone jack, there is significant static noise. This just randomly occurred one day. I'm pretty gentle with my equipment: never dropped it, never spilled anything on it, and always transported it in a cushioned hard case. So I'm not sure what the issue is

I did not like these. They are functional, but far too expensive. The haptic thing I found annoying personally. I don't see why I would get these as oppose to equally priced alternative headphones.

Great headphones! Bluetooth went out about 2.5 years of use. Glad I got the 3 year warranty.

Bought this as a gift for my son. He loves it! The mic retracts and is adjustable. It's noise canceling also. Bought at a great price.

Headset works well when on pc, it is a bit heavy which can get uncomfortable especially if you wear glasses. Also echos on xbox so not really made for console

These headphones are built solid, but need consistent adjustment. They tend to move around quite a bit. I expected them to be a bit louder than they are. Once you get used to the rumble paks in them, you tend to crank up the volume, and find out quickly , you're already at max. The mic is a bit awkward and has a tin can sound to it.

Very unique sound experience with this headset. You can adjust the headphone feedback on PC to customize it, or turn it off completely. Bass is especially great for movies and games alike. Worth a listen to, they could easily become a favorite.

I like it very useful being wireless no more cord spiraling. The only few complaints I have is that the headset is fairly loose on your head and there are no obvious ways to make the sound sliders stay and they can be moved on accident while removing the headset

Its very good. Make sure your using away from your internet router as it may interfere. Itll give you random beeping noises. I moved my pc to the other room and it work perfect. No annyoing interference sound.

Over a year with these they have a great battery life, and the haptic feedback is a plus, you feel more immersed into the game play.

Best headset money can buy! Loud for when your wife is yelling at you to take out the garbage but you are in the middle of an online game that you cannot “PAUSE”

I returned my Corsair Virtuoso headset & a salesperson recommended to try these, that they were the best headset in the $200 price range. I’ve tweaked all possible settings and everything sounds so distant. As other reviews state, you hear NO footsteps in gameplay whatsoever. Many noises are muted Bc the haptic feedback overpowers anything. The feedback is somewhat cool but absolutely kills the battery. Not to mention it needs charged via Micro USB. The Battery life is awful. Friends complained about the mic being staticy and Too sensitive. I’m going back to Hyper X or Corsair

This headset works great, volume and controls are amazong to have. Sound quality is good and noise cancellations is also very good. All around a great set
