The haptics are super cool when playing games or watching movies and although the mic quality isn't the best, it still does the job when gaming. However, what really bothered me (and made me return it) was the mic picking up audio coming from the actual headset, echoing everything I'm hearing to my teammates. I tried adjusting settings in Razer Synapse, but nothing helped.

Bought this for my husband and he loves that it’s comfortable. He plays all the time with it on!

Not made for PlayStation. Wasn’t able to mess with the settings enough. This headset was also a little to big for me but overall a great headset.

I love them but when I first bought them they didn't really work, they would disconnect randomly, I exchanged them in store and no problems so far

PRO: audio amazing, haptic feedback amazing, manufacturering is amazing. It is essentially the perfect headset for the very RIGHT price considering the market atm. CONS: is NOT wireless for xbox users of any kind only 3.5mm jack compatible which absolutely sucks considering these are meant for windows! pc’s… microsoft, windows…r they not the same…. i really dont get it. but huge downfall for XBOX USERS

Really good headset, worth the money the only downside is the battery life but just hook up the wire and you’re good

Got them for my kid for his gaming set up. Sound is great and they hold a pretty long charge. I would buy again.

This is my first wireless headset, and it has not disappointed. The Bass is very good.

Great Sound Quality, At times the vibration can be a bit much but your able to adjust that in the software. If your using this on console you will need to adjust the vibration on pc it cannot be done on the console or the headset.

These sounded pretty awesome (other than high pitch sounds, they popped a TON), and the haptic feedback made games way more immersive. It was super easy to set up too. But, the headset stopped working the day after I purchased it. It would turn on for about 15 seconds, would not connect to the Bluetooth dongle, then would shut back off. Yes, it was charged. I let it charge for hours and kept trying before taking it back. I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them twice. The headset would not work at all. Very disappointed, especially since this was my first ever razer product. Horrible first impression, and haven't tried anything from them since. Maybe if a more stable version comes out I will give it a try and hope it keeps working past the return period.
