Headset is good but Razer's Synapse software sucks. For some reason it caused flickering on my Samsung Odyssey G9 monitor when I had the application at the forefront. Device setup was unintuitive, but everything works once it's done. The haptic feedback is a unique feature. Built-in mic conveniently retracts so it isn't sticking out all the time, and the arm connecting it is flexible. It also has a red LED at the tip to indicate when it is enabled/disabled. Hardware buttons include one to toggle the mic and a dial to adjust vibration intensity.

The haptic feedback takes some getting used to, but I don’t completely dislike it. Overall, the sound quality is good and they are comfortable headphones.

Great headset that brings a better experience to anything your listening too

I have used a variety of headsets from turtle beach to hyper x and nothing compares to the sound of these haptic headphones. I have the lucio and black version of these headsets . I love them i love they can be wired or wireless. The range is alright for what it is and the haptics are incredible i play call of duty often and to feel the explosions and footsteps its amazing would recommend if you want to be immersed in a new way!

comfortable, sounds quality good, blocks outside noise real well, mic is strong and clean will need to move mic away fro..mouth but it is fully flexible and retracts into ear piece. Best ones I've ever bought

It’s a pretty solid headphone. I absolutely love Razer & was excited to try them out! Did not disappoint.

My son bought these headphones less than a month ago. He loves the headphones as they are good for his gaming pc. He says they are the most comfortable headphones that he is has had in a long time, so he is glad he spent the good money on them. I can also tell that they are good by him not hearing me when I am yelling his name. He also likes the fact that these are wireless so that he doesn't get the wire caught up in anything else.

Good sound quality lots of adjustments in the application. The battery is is less than ideal needs bigger battery.

Great headphones however connection between computer and headphones can be complicated at times. My PC would constantly be trying to switch the way the audio is sent throughout my system so sometimes I would have to reset it every once and a while

Had issues at first, it kept disconnecting and reconnecting. Had to connect it to a USB extender and move it as far away from the pc as possible and it stopped.

I play quite a few different genres of games and everyone sounds amazing. Some subtle details suddenly come to life in games you played a hundred hours, and it’s the equivalent to watching a movie on tv speakers versus a full theater surround sound. The cooling gel is a nice upgrade and the mic is nothing special. The bass booster plus dynamic feedback can be overwhelming in bass heavy applications but can be modified to your preference. Highly recommend.

Never knew I'd like wearing headphones but these changed my mind. They're soft with very clear sound for gaming and work.
