TLDR, It's flawed, but Spacial Audio is a must try

I'll be honest, I had no idea that this headset came with "spacial audio", and even if I did, I wouldn't have known what that was. And this did contribute to a really weird experience the first time I used it, even tempted to return this item because it threw me off. I was at first convinced this was a terrible headset, but after looking up several reviews I tried looking at this function at a positive light.
I bought this as a wireless gaming headset, but more than anything, I think this function suits best for just listening to music. Now, I can't really compare this to any of the brands people actually buy to listen to music because I haven't had any, but spacial audio really boosted the way I felt bass drops.
Now, for people that play videogames, this isn't the headset that you are probably looking for. I mean, it's not terrible by any means, but the mic quality is pretty bad if you have a loud fan going, and it normally isn't stellar either. I guess that's what you expect from wireless headsets, but I'm told that the HyperX wireless headsets do way better.
The spacial audio can improve your gaming experience, but I just don't experience anything in game that has triggered it strongly. (Valorant, League of Legends)
Now, I have to say I hate the scroll on the left of the headset, I tried to just "get used to it" but it really throws me off. I'm used to my volume adjuster on my left, as my right is on the mouse, and this scroll serves really no useful function. There is no need to try to adjust volumes of game and chat separately using this scroll when you could just do it in game. And the fact that the actual master volume scroll is on the right means you can't comfortably adjust master volume for right hand users without having to take your hand off the mouse. I have messed with it so many different times and now have to actively remind myself to not touch the left scroll Everyday.
Look, despite that, I think it's a great headset, you really can't hear anything outside of your headsets when you game. This is the same for the Razer Kraken as well. The sound quality is great in game, music sounds like you are in a concert where you are hitting the drums. It's comfortable, at least for me, although those with glasses may not want to buy these. I tested it out with glasses and the sides of head was imprinted after a couple hours. Honestly, spacial audio is just something you have try if you have never have.

They are ok, not really worth the sticker price imo but if you can get them on sale they are pretty interesting. Too clunky for me, so I returned

Having purchased a Kraken headset before, and using it on PlayStation, I wanted something digital and upgraded to match my gaming PC. This delivers on all fronts. THX spatial sound and haptic feedback make a hell of a difference, the sound is crisp and clear and operation is super easy. The Bluetooth lasts long enough for a hardcore gaming section.

These headphones have amazing sound quality. The issue I have with them is the battery life (which lasts about 4 hours) and the connectivity. I have a Razer keyboard and mouse, and I cannot use all three of these at the same time.

The sound quality is decent, nothing mind blowing in terms of quality here, but nothing to complain about. The 3D sound system from Razer is shockingly good. The haptic feedback is unique, quirky, weird and not something everyone is going to enjoy, BUT this product is at least a must try for everyone that's into odd peripherals simply due to the uniqueness.
