Feels Fragile, Overly Sensitive Mic

The headset itself seems extremely fragile. The construction is primarily thin plastic with little metal unlike you would see in other leading headsets in the industry. My next complaint, is that the headset has an extremely sensitive microphone. It picks up almost all ambient noise around you, and makes you extremely loud, even when talking with a voice.

The sound and fit are amazing. I thought the haptic feedback would be a gimmick but it really adds to the immersion.

The bass boosting quality is amazing. The mic isn’t bad by any standards and on top of that the battery is amazing it lasts long and charges fast.

Good headphones, best feature is metal cross-bars over head, don't snap like plastic headphones can. Much more durable and ultimately more flexible.

I've had these for just under a year and they've honestly been a huge pain. The wireless is extremely inconsistent - some days it'll be fine for the whole day, and some days even when you're a foot away from the dongle it'll still cut out and just doesn't work. Windows frequently doesn't recognize the USB device either, even with their bloatware Synapse installed. You'll plug the dongle in and it just tells you "unrecognized device" and Synapse acts like nothing happened. I've had this experience on three different PCs, all with the appropriate drivers installed. The headphones just don't reliably work.
Speaking of Synapse - it's required if you want surround sound and it it installs a bunch of other bloat on your system. I've seen it taking up to 10% of my cpu usage just running in the background on a system with 8 cores, so I imagine this would really hurt people with lower end hardware.
If you do manage to get them working, the sound quality is okay. It's not amazing but it's not bad either. You kind of need an eq preset to get them tuned well, otherwise the sound is pretty meh. The microphone is okay, but not great and people have a hard time hearing me. I frequently have to repeat myself.
The haptic vibration is actually pretty cool - it's a feature I'd like to see on headphones that actually work and/or sound good. It's really nice with gunshots or explosions, and with pounding bass in music, but it frequently triggers when people with deep voices are talking and it just sounds weird, so I recommend disabling it if you're on voice calls or in a game with a lot of dialogue.
They're pretty comfortable but they are a bit heavy and they do get really hot after about an hour or so of use. They're okay for quick gaming sessions, but you'll want to take breaks to let your ears cool if you plan on using them for extended use.
The volume switch to adjust game vs chat volume is actually pretty great, and it's easily the best feature these headphones have. It works quite well and is definitely a positive for making sure you can always hear people in a call as well as your game.
The battery life is pretty good. I usually only have to charge them once a day and I use them pretty much all day.
All in all, they're okay I guess if you don't mind unplugging them and replugging them 30-50 times trying to get them to work every two weeks or so when they spaz out. For the money I really can't recommend this kind of experience as it's extremely frustrating and I don't know why you would put yourself through this unless you enjoy pain.

Great piece of hardware, the sound is neat, the haptic feedback is nice, maybe not for everyone, but you can tune it down if it bothers you, which I did... Didn't remove it completely, but just tuned it down. I'm really happy with these headphones, My only concern was how big they are, but they are not really that heavy, so I forget they are there...
