For one the mic has an echoing problem with voice chat. Two, it squeezes your head pretty tight causing headachesif i wear it longer than 5hours.(I could just have a big head). Three, charge doesn't last long compare to other mics I've owned. Other than that, the sound quality it fantastic and the RBG effect is cool also the range is impressive.

Ive owned multiple razer produtcts and Synapse 3 couldnt detect my headset for the life of me. I just had to use it without it. After 1 day of using, it started to static. On discord, if you turn up your friends, you will echo and they will hear themselves. Would not recommend for gaming.

It has a usb bluetooth attachment which is nice so you don't really have to mess around with settings on your PC. We had a corded Razer go bad probably from the cord bending or what not, obviously you won't have that problem with this one. Excellent product up to this point.

But I appreciated the easy of purchase and curbside pickup during the holiday rush. And the curbside employee were wonderful to deal with
