razer is a big brand. love the vibration when you play call of duty or other games but it on the heavy side

The headset works very well and it has a good looking too.

WARNING THIS ITEM WILL NOT LAST THE TWO YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD. THIS HEADPHONES WERE ADULT OWNED USED TWO DAYS OF THE WEEK FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS PER DAY. AFTER YEAR AND A HALF THE HEADPHONES SNAP. THE HEADPHONES WERE NEVER DROPED, STRECHED, AND WERE ADULT OWNED. NOTIFY RAZOR AND THEY ASKED MANY QUESTIONS AND CAME TO CONCLUSION THAT ITS CUSTOMERS FAULT INSTEAD OF ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEIR PRODUCT MAY FALL APART. ATEMPTED TO DISPUTE IT BUT WAS QUICKLY SHOT DOWN AND GIVEN A VERY GENERIC SCRIPTED RESPONSE. ALSO THE HEADPHONES HAVE A WIDE KNOWN ISSUE WERE THEY WILL FREEZE AND ONLY WORK AGAIN AFTER THEY COMPLETELY DRAIN OUT OF BATTERY. HAPPENED ABOUT 3 TIMES IN THIS ONE YEAR AND A HALF.

The only issue I had was battery life and the vibration got irritating after a long time. I would get a non-haptic set in the future.

Got these headphones for my wife, she loves them and says the vibration feature catches her off guard all the time while gaming.

Sounds quality is A +++. Highly recommended!!!!!!

The best headphone i ever bought..................

The headset sounds great, loved the THX spatial synapse. It takes a bit of time to gain an understanding of how all the settings work, but once you do you can really fine tune it to sound how you want. Howver, this is where the pros end. Within a month of owning the headset, i had an issue with it not holding any charge. I couldve had it plugged inall day and it would still be dead. Also, i am not rough on my devices by any means, so when a screw came loose on the inside of one of the headphones that was a bit annoying. The headset also started experiencing connectivity issues recently. It was never an issue before but now all of a sudden they want to connect then disconnect every 10 seconds. Finally the mic quality is terrible for what youre spending. I recived numerous complaints from people on the other end saying i sound like a robot. No matter what i did to fix it nothing worked.

Pros- Sounds really good and got it on sale Cons- was not free

These headphones are awesome and the haptic is a great feature I’d like to see become standard, but there were several issues I had which lead to me returning and going with another brand. 1) The headphones are bulky and very noticeable over long sessions. They also fall off if you tilt your head slightly down. 2) It seemed like I was charging these everyday after only a few hours of use. I had the LEDs off and haptics low - turned them off when not in use... still got a constant beep notification the battery is dead. 3) The microphone sound quality is atrocious. I played with settings and made it a little better, but the tinny and noisy sounds is way below expectations. The $50 razer headphones are even better. 4) After 23 days they refuse to charge or turn on. Granted this was probably just a faulty unit, but this was the final straw. The sound quality is great, and the haptics are awesome/immersive if that’s what you’re looking for. Razer has notoriously bad Quality Control, so it’s a gamble.

Comfortable on the head and ears. Yes, some headsets are lighter, but what you gain in reduction of weight is not compensated for in increase in sound quality. Sound quality is FANTASTIC. This is the second set I have bought (my other pair were 'acquired' by a family member as they were so good). Highly recommended

Sound is amazing but kept disconnecting on me and beeping (the alert that ur disconnected) I called razer customer service, they informed me that the wireless feature was not compatible with a PlayStation only works with PC. Unfortunately you lose all the depth of sound when you plug in to the controller, the whole point was to be wireless in the first place. Great product just feels like it was rushed to production and unfinished. I do not recommend. I am returning the headset.

Great Headset It has great sound and I would recommend it to anyone

My son really enjoys these gaming head phones and the sound quality.

The mic sensitivity and headphone volumes takes some time to adjust. I had a lot of issues with my friends hearing themselves on my headphones. So now when I play with them I have to have the volume really low. These are best for single player games if your playing multiplayer with other people you could be a nuisance.

Excellent wearing comfort, well constructed. After having bought lower end products of the same brand, and having been disappointed by the quality and the customer service. I can see the difference in workmanship and quality with this higher end item. Sound in and out are great.
