Unfortunately you lose all the depth of sound when you plug in to the controller, the whole point was to be wireless in the first place. Great product just feels like it was rushed to production and unfinished. I do not recommend. I am returning the headset.

The dongle on it is absolutely tiny and unobtrusive. The sound quality is excellent and the feedback is just a bonus feature. So far it has been comfortable to wear although I haven't had any lengthy play sessions with it yet. I purchased on the deal of the day so it made it a great buy.

I normally really don't care how they look on me but man these were pretty huge on my head. Not for long hours of gaming that's for sure. Maybe for you ragers because they're super sturdy Returned for the black shark and liked those much better.

The Synapse software is very annoying and hardly works. Discord hates this headset, too! Works fine with console… however the spatial audio is software based… making the value worse for console users.

Brilliant THX Surround Sound

My first pair had connection issues. I took a chance again because the directional THX sound worked so brilliantly. Best Buy did an exchange for me and the new pair have no issues.

The software is awful the sound quality is subpar at best. The gimmicky bass feature causes a shortened battery life of a 2-3 hours tops. Also awkward and clunky.

Great headset no good for console users
