I wasted over 5 hours trying to get the Razer software to work properly and after multiple removals and reinstalls never had success with it. I took these back to the store and bought the Steel Series Arctis 7 instead, and I could not be happier, as there was no required special software or configuration. It took less than one minute from plugging them in to having a fully functional headset! Avoid Razer headsets like the plague!

Great headset but if you aren’t a huge fan of the main selling point you can get something for cheaper.

Sound and immersion was great once you lined out the haptics and other setings. They can be a but much for standard gaming without adjustment. If you like volume and the feel of bass these are great. I was really enjoying these until the left speaker started crackling and quite working. Great sound but the quality seems lacking. I took good care of these and I was the only one to use them. Returning this set.

Awesome headset, only complaint is the mic quality

One of the best headsets that I’ve ever used and would recommend to others if they have the money.

Decent headset. Easy to use. Sound quality is. Decent but not great. It will take a lot of tweaking to get the sound to your liking. My biggest problem is with the blue tooth adapter that you plug in. I have a PS 5 and the only place to plug in the adapter will cover up and take away one of the few HDMI ports.

Love the quality of the headsets. Feel comfy even though I have an extra large skull. Sounds are clear and inmersive. Also love how easy it is to connect via bluetooth or wired connections

I got these to try out a wireless setup for my gaming. It fits in perfectly. Rather than relying in a Bluetooth connection, it connects to a little USB dongle that actually comes straight out of the headphones. The sound and comfort are great. Overall very happy

My son wanted these after his other pair of headphones had the sound go out. His brothers both has them so he knew this is what he wanted. They did say that the other people sometimes get a slight echo when they use the mic but otherwise they are great!

They were okay for the price. This was the only pair from Razer that my son didn’t like.

The build quality is superb. The style is great. The rumble feedback in the earpieces are almost cheating as they key you into directional queues like gun fire and foot steps perfectly.... But the dang reverb is horrible in party chats! For sure a second single player/ lone wolf player in mind. Returned mine since I need to be able to PLFO with good communication and not just killer sounds.
