I got these after the Logitech headphones I got were defective. I am happy for the upgrade and it was worth the extra dollars. The sound quality is great and the comfort over my ears and head is perfect. The "cooling" gel foam is pretty nice too. I wish the mic was noise cancelling but honestly I got these more for streaming so my standalone mic will handle that.
I highly recommend this headset!

Best game headphones. Noise canceling is good. Super comfortable. Sound is clear, people hear me clearly as well. The color customization is an added bonus. Love them so much, went back and bought a pair for my husband and daughter

The sound is great. The mic is poor. The worst part is that the Synapse software/Nari hardware loses its ability to communicate with each other causing the headset to not produce sound. The only way I've been able to resolve this is by repairing/ reinstalling the software. This wouldn't be so bad if it didn't happen daily. I'll be returning these ASAP

It's outdated and you can hear the difference out of the box compared to newer headsets. You have to download updates from Razers online and it wasnt the easiest to find the right one I really had to research one I needed and finally found it.
Unfortunately it did nothing to help the bland sound I got from these headphones especially noticeable on consoles.
You can change equalizer settings but you'll be having to do it via your PC before playing it on your console.
The rumble feedback is a novelty that I hope razer can make work well with consoles because right now it doesn't work very well other than on PC.
The sound on razers newer versions of this product sound amazing but these are no good especially for series x and ps5

Bought these to play COD: MW. They are great. You can tell what direction the sounds are coming from in game. And with the haptic feedback, you can feel the concussion of the gunfire. It adds another layer of realism to the game.

The headphones sound SO AMAZING and I love the haptic/vibration, its nice for playing games when trying to hear other players and emphasizes the sound. Plus the cups are large enough to fit my hearing aid!

These headphones sound good not great, but have great noise isolation. They muffle outside noise excellently. The RGB is a nice addition, but nothing amazing because of its simple design.
I would spring for the BlackSharks for the price, and because they sound a lot lot better and there is a noticeable difference. Or alternatively the Nari without the hypersense for the value and features.
The hypersense vibration function was a serious reason why I disliked this headset. I could tell immediately it was something I did not need or like. I felt like it took away from my overall experience, and it was a little bit gimmicky.
As a headset they are pretty middle of the line, not the best not the worst for sure. The 50mm drivers do a great job of providing lows to get that nice well rounded sound stage.
I didn't take the time to test the mic since I couldn't get past the rumble feature.

Very Nice headset. The vibrations are cool for gaming and can be turned off. Giving it 4 stars because they say they work with Xbox but it's a lie. Your very expensive microphone on these will not work in chat. Nothing I tried worked. Even if there is a way it should not be that hard to do. Other than that they are awesome.

Not for pro or people who has understanding in the games.
Just for fun and playing solo games is good.
For multiplayer action games where you need to listen where is your enemy not recommended.
Too much bass.
