Granddaughter was quite happy with them and says they block the outside noise meaning me lol. She said they were a little tight but adjusted them some and it works great. Have had no problems with any products from BEST BUY.

There a bit of a learning curve but once you Sound quality is 9/10 The hepatic vibe ration is weird but you can turn that off Razer loves their rgb but 100% useless and waste of power but can also be turn off to save power I got this for my PC so don’t ask about PlayStation stuff

Great headphones, loved the bass it had, mic worked really well, only issue it had was that it wasnt really meant for xbox or playstation, its more meant for pc

These things are really weird but definitely an experience worth having if only because the novelty of attaching a rumble pack to the side of your head might seem goofy right up until you're in a firefight in Call of Duty and the room feels like it's shaking every time a bomb goes off. The really deep cup keeps the device off my ears so it's super comfortable but I wish the head band were adjustable. They are not that great for listening to music either unless you really dig deep into the settings to peak and tune them. And turn the haptics off because it can be very distracting, Even with hard hitting music like metal where you would think something like that might be an improvement. The mic is solid and I like how it has a red ring to let you know if it's been muted that you can clearly see out of the corner of your eye when it's fully extended. My 1st pair developed a knocking sound that I couldn't account for but again the Best Buy protection plan saved me by getting me replacements.

My son had to wait on himself cause employees refuses to wait on him. Again employee Matt Miguel made sure he got proper credit for purchasing this item.

You can feel the thump, sound quality is good but there other models out there if that is your jam, I play alot of games and this just aids in making you more into your games, feel the rumble/bass.

Very excellent headphones! I really love it specially mainstream games. Easy to install just plug and play. As expected made for gamers by gamers GOOD JOB RAZER

Reason I gave 4 star cause when I got the headphone only one side working. Came back and exchanged another one and it’s fine!
