Very easy too hook up. The Razor software is very detailed on tuning and adjusting haptic feedback. The haptic feedback and bass boost options make this headset a skull pounder.

Seriously. Want to play your game in silence from the kids and wife? The fish slapping that goes on around me is in absolute silence as I fight the Horde in WOW! Before this, I would always have to do the honey I do lists because she knew I hear her... Now! I just super glued these suckers to my ears and when turned on—- bam— can’t hear anyone around me.

Not for pro or people who has understanding in the games. Just for fun and playing solo games is good. For multiplayer action games where you need to listen where is your enemy not recommended. Too much bass.

Headset is good worked as expected the only gripe I would have is that it does not charge with a type c cable but rather a micro usb cable who’s is somewhat inconvenient

These things are sweet! The haptic feedback is awesome but can be a bit much sometimes. The surround sound is amazing. Mostly bought to complete my Chroma setup and ended up liking them more than I thought I would.

Got to have. Best all around if you don’t have a pair get one

Great sound, Haptic Feedback is an absolute game changer. You have to be able to balance your audio but once you do it slaps. Had the Virtuoso SEs returned them for these. Great battery life and range.

The sound quality of these headphones are so crisp and sounds super great! Another thing is you feel what your playing which is weird but SO cool

I was looking at buying a premium PC gaming headset and had been eyeing this headset for some time. At $79.99 it seemed like a now brainer and placed my order hoping to get it in before the weekend for some extended Diablo 4 sessions ove r the weekend. The first issue I had is that the item went into backorder the next day so my next day delivery turned into a 5 day delivery which was not what I had necessarily signed up for. With no realnoption I waited until it arrived to give it a spin. Since it was now a weekeday and during working hours I decided to test it in my work conference calls. The headset paired without any issues but as others have noted my wo workers immediately noticed a change in my voice. I got messages on the side asking if everything was ok because I sounded distant/ far away. Some thought I was tired or upset because I sounded sk different from my usual headset. I decided to wait until finishing work to try on my gaming pc and ran into similar issues there. I tried modifying several settings and try as I might I simply could not get people to hear me correctly or even at all. The Synapse software never recognized my headset after a complete reinstall and repair which meant I couldn’t change any sound settings. Using the direct 3.5mm headset cord yielded no different results. I thought I might just keep them for the sound considering they were so cheap but without the software to fix the haptic feedback there was no way to cotrol the sound for the headset. The haptic feedback appears to be tied to the volume so I unfortunately couldnt get a good mix of sound and haptics without having to nlast the volume. This also meant trying to listen to music or anything else using the 3.5mm was a terrible experience. The headset also comes with THX support but this is requires additional software and a paid subscription. The extra software added 4 different sound options in my sound menunon top of the alredy 4 options from the headset making my sound panel a complete mess. I have a razer mouse, keyboard, mousepad and was rwally looking forward to this purchase but everything about this headset was bad or completely useless that I had no option than to return it. You shoulnt have to deal with these issues at$79.99 much less at full price.

I wanted to like this headset and got a recommendation from friends. Tried them out and did not think they were that great. Aside from the haptic gimmick on the headset, there really was nothing special about them. Sound quality took a lot to get sounding decent with the EQ, couldn't use the built in 7.1 with Win10, as everyone recommended to turn it off, and the mic was bad. I was told I sound like a sick robot.

I purchased several of these head sets for myself, family and friends. Awesome audio quality and the haptic response give it a theater feel.

Easy pick up, very quick, you are in and out of there in a minute. Everything is prepared for you once you’re there. All you have to do is go say your name and have your ID handy. Definitely 10/10.
