My son's favorite headset for PC Gaming. He has had other brands but stated that they did not work as well as these do. He now uses them for Distance Learning as well and loves the quality and comfort.

This headset it's a great item whit rgb and noise quality

Not for pro or people who has understanding in the games. Just for fun and playing solo games is good. For multiplayer action games where you need to listen where is your enemy not recommended. Too much bass.

One word AMAZING. Decided to treat myself and I don’t regret it at all. These make gaming so immersive and fun. Only draw back in the vibration makes the batter drain quick but they are awesome

I was looking at buying a premium PC gaming headset and had been eyeing this headset for some time. At $79.99 it seemed like a now brainer and placed my order hoping to get it in before the weekend for some extended Diablo 4 sessions ove r the weekend. The first issue I had is that the item went into backorder the next day so my next day delivery turned into a 5 day delivery which was not what I had necessarily signed up for. With no realnoption I waited until it arrived to give it a spin. Since it was now a weekeday and during working hours I decided to test it in my work conference calls. The headset paired without any issues but as others have noted my wo workers immediately noticed a change in my voice. I got messages on the side asking if everything was ok because I sounded distant/ far away. Some thought I was tired or upset because I sounded sk different from my usual headset. I decided to wait until finishing work to try on my gaming pc and ran into similar issues there. I tried modifying several settings and try as I might I simply could not get people to hear me correctly or even at all. The Synapse software never recognized my headset after a complete reinstall and repair which meant I couldn’t change any sound settings. Using the direct 3.5mm headset cord yielded no different results. I thought I might just keep them for the sound considering they were so cheap but without the software to fix the haptic feedback there was no way to cotrol the sound for the headset. The haptic feedback appears to be tied to the volume so I unfortunately couldnt get a good mix of sound and haptics without having to nlast the volume. This also meant trying to listen to music or anything else using the 3.5mm was a terrible experience. The headset also comes with THX support but this is requires additional software and a paid subscription. The extra software added 4 different sound options in my sound menunon top of the alredy 4 options from the headset making my sound panel a complete mess. I have a razer mouse, keyboard, mousepad and was rwally looking forward to this purchase but everything about this headset was bad or completely useless that I had no option than to return it. You shoulnt have to deal with these issues at$79.99 much less at full price.

Headset is good worked as expected the only gripe I would have is that it does not charge with a type c cable but rather a micro usb cable who’s is somewhat inconvenient

Difficult too get to connect to a PC. At least I had issues and had to download other software get noticed synapse 3. However once I got them up and running they look and sound great. Wish they had more RGB. Oh and they are a little on the heavy side.

Easy pick up, very quick, you are in and out of there in a minute. Everything is prepared for you once you’re there. All you have to do is go say your name and have your ID handy. Definitely 10/10.

Purchased this for grandson for Christmas. He loved them.

Very nice headset. Other headsets I had issues with the mic but since buying these I have had no issues whatsoever. I love the vibrations in it which help a lot with being hard of hearing.

The only thing bad with this headset is that you have to hook it up to a computer to change the intensity of the vibration

Sound quality and haptic features are very good. Haptic features can be toggles through razer synapse. Minor sync issues headset losses sync to dongle for 1 to 2 seconds. Happens 1 or 2 times in a 4 hour period. Worth the price for the quality. Comfortable headband big ear cups.

After a year and a half of use this headset still holds up today. Great sound and build quality. The microphone built in is horrible but overall the sound is good. I would recommend this headset if you plan on using a condensor microphone with it.

Love these headphones. Very comfortable and was easy to install and use. These are ideal for me because I can hear very well what I am listening too, and can still hear if someone talks to me.
