Fantastic when it worked but it stopped working the day after I bought it. Tried everything including reinstall but had to return. Went with a Kraken v3 wired instead

Great audio and haptic feedback. Terrible echo in the mic from the sensitivity and the headphones sending feeback through the boom microphone.

Razer once again made an incredible product. Unfortunately it had one major flaw. The mic was utter trash

Good headset, sometimes the mic picks up the speakers but for the price it is very quality. Also you can change settings on your PC.

The headset works great and sounds decent after messing with the settings, but the software and and mic on this are just horrendous. I can overlook the mic because I use a dedicated mic, but the software is unbearable. Every time I turn off my pc Razer Synapse loses the ability to find this headset. So if I want to change the settings for this headset the only fix I have found is removing the device from my pc and reinstalling it. Having to do this anytime I want to change my settings is just ridiculous. With as long as this has been out you would think all the bugs have been worked out.

For such a premium product, carrying what was at the time a 200 dollar price tag, nothing about it - minus its fun haptic feedback gimmick - FELT premium. Sound quality was worse than I expected as well - I noticed a lot of popping and clipping at higher frequencies, and it was all considerably more muffled than the Logitech headset I'd been using for a couple of years beforehand, even while using stereo mode instead of surround. The microphone is overly sensitive, and unless I really mucked about with the settings, it would pick up in-game sound from the headset very easily, on top of ambient noises. Battery life with or without the gimmicks seemed lacking; I never got anything close to 20 hours of battery life with all other features disabled. I've seen the reviews mention build quality as a positive. I don't know if it was just the production run we purchased, but they were extremely flimsy. The USB port on one headset stopped working, so my girlfriend and I had to RTM it after only 2 months; and after about 8 months, both headsets we purchased began falling apart due to the wear and tear of everyday use, putting them on and taking them off, to the point where neither are all that usable. It was closer to my experiences with cheapy wired Turtle Beach headsets from the Xbox 360 era than anything premium. Definitely one of those times where I wish I had actually bothered with the extended store warranty... Or I should have gotten Razer's fancy LED headset rack, I guess. I'm not as down on Razer's Synapse software as others, but after using it with the Nari, it became a source of frustration, as I'd have to uninstall and reinstall it at least once a week to get the headset to connect to my PC. When it would reconnect, surround sound would stop working, requiring a re-installation of Synapse and the device drivers once more. Even though the THX haptic vibrations didn't give me a headache, boy, did the experience of maintaining this hardware do the trick. In short, pretty overpriced for what you get. As I understand it, most of the advertised features will not even work on PS4/PS5, so if you are primarily a console gamer, there's even less incentive to splurge on this. You're better off with a Plantronics or Logitech headset of similar price.

Really comfortable light weight but battery could be a little better but they packed a lot of features into these ones so I would assume it needs more power to run them. Other than that really nice pair of headphones and great for a gaming headset

I really want to like these. They are nice in theory, they have great sound and all the features. But... After having two of these. The first one, the power button was broken or something and would not turn off after about 2-3 uses. Also the USB port was not very secure and felt sloppy. So I returned them. They shipped another set out, worked good for about 30 min. The new set then began to cut out on the right speaker. After messing with the volume controls it came back on. Sometimes if I move wrong the speaker cuts out again and I have to fix it. I had to pay another 30 dollars to replace them the first time. I do not want to keep spending money to renew the warranty on these. For the price of these they should be perfect.

The audio and haptics work perfectly on pc in wireless mode, but loses all its quality once you decide to connect it via aux. I had originally bought this to use it with the Xbox Series X, but was greatly disappointed once I heard the audio quality, not to mention that the microphone for this headset has a really bad echo to it and anyone in your party can hear what you’re listening to on your Xbox. I would not recommend this headset unless you’re specifically going to use it on a computer. The build quality on this headset feels premium and the Chroma adds the extra touch to it, however you can’t manage the chroma on Xbox.

I have a PS5 Rainbow 6 is my main game I play the rumble is not good. It rumble looking left, dropping a bullet shell, Crouching. So much rumble I couldn’t hear very well when some one was sneaking up on me. A lot of echoes on the other person end they kept hearing themselves speaking. It was comfortable and also I can not turn off the rumbling on the ps5. PC might be different. I return it and picked up the Nari essentials for $36 (on sell online) and I love this one (Can hear a rat pee on cotton)

Disconnects frequently which pauses the game sound but also adds in random beeps which get annoying. Sound is great when it works. It disconnected and beeped 10 times in an hour. Super annoying
