Disconnects frequently which pauses the game sound but also adds in random beeps which get annoying. Sound is great when it works. It disconnected and beeped 10 times in an hour. Super annoying

The headset sounds amazing and is good for the most part with a minor issue: it does NOT have wireless connectivity with Xbox One X. It also has a very hard time connecting even when it is wired. When it does work, it sounds amazing and the bass is insanely good. The headset shakes with bass, which is something I've never seen in a gaming headset. It might be better on PS or PC but definitely not for Xbox.

Like, I had these really old headphones and I had no idea headphones could do stuff. These things shake my brain and I can't hear anything anymore, so I'm constantly getting scared out of my mind when my wife needs my attention. My neck is also getting super stronk from wearing these twelve hours a day. So I hear the internet in 3D for the first time and I'm swole. The little mic that slides in and out is pretty slick, too, and it gets this red ring when it's on mute which is easy to see out of the corner of your eye. All around worth it.

I love the haptic feedback while I listen to music while I play games, and the audio is very clear. But rather frequently it loses connectivity, at unexpected times.

Others on my ps4 day they it can be hard to hear, or I am sounding robotic at times. The headset slides off my head easily because the flexible strap goes on easily, but it moves off the head with an aggressive movement.

I’ve had 2 of these and they both only lasted 1 year. Good headset but the way the headset is built causes stress on the ear piece over time and it will eventually crack

Another Razer product you shouldnt waste your money on. Headset quality was questionable, Razers software was a nightmare to configure, and the best part is that we werent able to charge it. Cable fit in te beadset oerfectly fine, it just refused to charge. Was returned less than 24 hours kater and replaced with a SteelSeries Nova Pro
