I love the haptic feedback while I listen to music while I play games, and the audio is very clear. But rather frequently it loses connectivity, at unexpected times.

Sound quality is amazing! Battery life doesn't last as long as I hoped it would but overall great purchase!

Awesome wireless headphones, Have uemsed for my ps5 and pc, as well as wired with my series x. Sounds great on all and the haptic feedback is killer

I love the vibration and sound at the same time when something big happens, while playing games. Sound is real smooth. Love that is wireless and wired.

I use these for everything from gaming to conferencing. Was a bit of work to figure out with the multiple volume dials and the Razer software but once i got it working its great.

This mic has very good audio. the mic apart was very low and others could barely hear anything i was saying. tried fixing it many ways and it was still very low.

Very good head phones but very bulky. The haptics can sometimes wear you out after a few hours and its almost like ear muscles fatigue or something. Great bass and treble is decent but can also be tiring after a few hours as well.

The headset sounds amazing and is good for the most part with a minor issue: it does NOT have wireless connectivity with Xbox One X. It also has a very hard time connecting even when it is wired. When it does work, it sounds amazing and the bass is insanely good. The headset shakes with bass, which is something I've never seen in a gaming headset. It might be better on PS or PC but definitely not for Xbox.

Great sound and experience on pc. Not compatible with xbox series x at all. There should be a clearer explanation. Otherwise good product, battery life pretty good

This headset is great if you play a lot of single-player games with a lot of cinematics but for competitive users, I would look elsewhere as you can get more on the sound quality side for less, still pretty good.

Perfect headset. I was freking out thinking the usb connector was missing but its plugged into the headset (hard to find). Good for gaming with 360 sound.

Sound quality is great and really gets you into the game with the vibrations in the ear pieces. The head band itself is a little bulky and wish that was more adjustable. Overall though I’m happy with the purchase

Great headset when on sale. Spatial audio works great on PC. The reason it only gets 4 stars is that the battery life is subpar. I use the headset while plugged in for how often I find it dead.

Not gonna lie I am very disappointed with this product, I bought them on the black Friday last yea(2020), overall the audio quality is good it can be modified in the app depending on which settings you like the most, the microphone quality is really bad, the material is really not worth it, other products like the razer tournament are really worth it the durability for those lasted me for 3 years and price is good for the TOURNAMENT edition, and for the nari is really expensive for me and lasted like 5 months

The customer service at best buy is the best around in my opinion, everytime we go in the employees are always so helpful

bought this device twice last year, it was great at first that's why i bought it twice, until my first one side isn't working anymore, then won't charge or power up. then my second one suddenly it's usb dongle can't be recognized on every device, now i recently bought 2 razer nari essetial i hope it works well but i wont care if it wont last for 3 years because i bought that for only 40$ each, just got to do a review today wasted 280$ for this (142$ each)

Sounds amazing, absolutely love the headphones. Has issues connecting on windows 10, and Xbox Bar. But that was a Microsoft issue not the headsets issue. Once the headset was installed, the Xbox bar Microsoft settings had to be adjusted (not easy to find) then the Xbox Bar App still did not work correctly, had to be removed and reinstalled. Then everything worked the way it was supposed to. Should come with better help to connect to windows 10 and edit settings IMO. However the product itself is outstanding.

The haptic technology is gimmicky, but does make certain games more fun. Especially shooters. Sadly my headset began to disconnect and reconnect rapidly (with a tone playing everytime) if I moved my head at all while wearing them. Razer offered me service for the issue since it was under warranty.

These are almost too good. The haptic feedback allows for super precise sound location. I can tell almost too well where other players are in competitive shooters. Above, below or to the side. It's really improved my game. Cliche as that may sound.
