Razer missed their mark with this one, the post is going to go into depth as to why you should NOT buy this headset. Cons: THX audio is a lost art unfortunately, it does not work well in the modern environment of Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual Surround audio. The 8 hours of battery life is a bit of a lie here, you're lucky to get 2 due to Quality Control being ultimately very poor with this headset. There is ALOT of charging issues with this one, Razer Synapse 3 registers the battery dropping into the red within 30 mins of use and that is not a good sign. They are still using micro-usb for this? That's not the best idea given how easily that connector breaks, updating it to USB-C would raise the value a bit. The RGB is just.. why is it even there? No one can see it while streaming and it is not even noticeable to the users. The audio is not impressive enough to justify $200 and that microphone is hot garbage. Now theres a couple of pros but only two: The headset actually feels quite wonderful to wear due to the earcups and the headband. And those haptics are actually not a gimmick, they actually make a big difference but the headset is just so bad overall that it does not make it worth buying. Razer you're better than this.

I'm happy to say that this is easily the most comfortable PC Gaming headset I've ever used and the haptic audio is life changing. They have a premium feel to them and have a nice long battery life. The only reason I can't rate this five stars is due to the issues I've had with my pair. One day they decided to just stop working, not charging or anything. Luckily I am within my warranty but I shudder to think of what would happen if I wasn't this isn't a cheap headset and after some googling I'm far from the only person it has happened to.

It’s a good headset for of gaming just wireless don’t work for Xbox you have to use cable connection and it doesn’t use the all the features just hard to justify for the price if the features are for pc gamin even if the packaging says Xbox and ps4 compatible.

Sounds good and the haptic feedback from the earphones is unique but the headphone material makes my ears quite warm.

Sometimes it disconnects when you are close to it. Died right after the 2 years after purchasing it. Meaning the warranty is no longer valid.

Definitely one of the bulkiest pairs of headphones you will ever find, and the lack of Bluetooth limits its portability. Despite being Wireless, these are not headphones for wearing out and about. What it does do is deliver powerful sound with thrilling rumbling haptics not unlike sticking your head into a subwoofer, with good passive noise-cancelling, a decent microphone, and handy volume control on each ear. Great for immersive gaming.

Works awesome, but cannot get it to work on Discord, although this may be a user error versus anything wrong with the headphones. They vibrate with bass, which is just amazing.

Very nice headset. I use them while working. I take inbound calls all day, and it is very nice to set caller volume and background volume (music/streaming service). The Wheel on the headset is handy with different callers having different setups. It is very nice to make the caller louder and music softer on the fly without having to open any other windows. Though (as to be expected), they do get heavy with prolonged use.

These headphones are amazing. The bass is incredible and sound quality is top tier. Worth the money.

The Razer Nari Ultimate is an excellent piece of gaming hardware! However, there are some things that you, the buyer, should be aware of: 1. In my honest opinion, you will need to tweak the equalizer sound settings to suite what you like best, because the default sound settings and preset equalizer sets don't do this gaming headset any justice (again, this is just my opinion). I strongly suggest you search out best settings for the Razer Nari Ultimate online, even YouTube. I was ready to return this headset because I was not impressed with the sound I was getting. I decided to do some further research and discovered that the user really should tweak the equalizer sound settings using the custom EQ settings option. Doing this made a HUGE difference and totally made a complete opposite impression on me! I decided to keep this headset! 2. The battery life is advertised as 20 hours with Haptics and RBG lighting off, and 8 hours with Haptics and RBG lighting on. While it is true that you'll get at or very near to 20 hours without the extras, the advertised 8 hours with Haptics and RBG lighting on is true right to the minute. If you turn Haptics off and leave the RBG lighting on, you'll get a bit longer than just 8 hours. However, if you turn on Haptics and leave RBG lighting off, you'll get 8 hours solid. Weird, I know, but just realize that RBG lighting doesn't draw as near as much energy as the Haptics will. 3. You can still use the headset while it's being charged (big plus for some gamers!).
