Microphone no longer works and headset will no longer go into pair mode for wireless connection. Headset connects with usb dongle but without microphone functionality. Have checked settings in Razer program and still no luck.

I do want to note that the Bluetooth thingy you connect to your PC is in the mic itself, you have to click it out, it took me a minute to find it. But overall I’m glad with my purchase.
