Sounds great won't charge

They will not hold a charge there is nothing that tells you the headset is charged. If you restart your PC the headset needs to be reset up and tech support with Razor is awful they have not answered me back and that was a week and a half ago. So not Razor products for me ever again.

Haptics are a great experience

Options to adjust the level of haptics and turn off are great as haptics are not something I want for every situation, but for some games and movies it take the experience to another level!

Great multimedia headset

I don’t use the vibration feature, but the battery life and overall clarity is great. I tried 4 different headsets in this price bracket and ended up going razer. It’s MASSIVE, so if you have a big head and big ears like me, the fit is nice.

Good sound bad mic

Has issues with mic quality and feedback from the headphones themselves. I’ve had a lot of issues of people being able to hear my headphones coming through the mic. Never had that issue with any other headset. It doesn’t degrade my experience just the people I play with lol.

It's probably good that you can't buy these new anymore.
