Excellent headset, even better battery life! I purchased this to replace my logitech headset. So far I have been enjoying it. The cups on the ears are very large for big ears and very cool and comfortable. The sound is amazing and the mic is very good. I only wish the range was better. I get around 20-30 ft. indoors.

Super happy with my purchase. I needed new set but the ones I bought hurt my ears a lot and to be honest the sound quality was not great. So I returned them and bought these . The haptic surround sound is so awesome I love it . Favorite headset by far I might even look into a wired version in the future .

The base is amazing. The rumble you feel in your ears makes things seem more real. However, it was hard to hear footsteps and softer noises in games like r6 siege and battlefield etc

Bass is crazy on this headset. If your into that then go ahead. A little to much for me but overall good headset.

This headset is great for computer gamers, not so much for your average ps4 gamer! The headset is super complex with an app like no other brand, it has lighting options that can sync with your keyboard and other Razer devices. Using it solely for ps4 gaming is tough because your setting will reset every time you turn it off which means connecting it to your computer and reconfiguring your setting daily! It does have a mic toggle for blocking ambient noise (sensitivity setting) which was also great and after trying 5 or 6 headsets, this was the only one with that feature. I returned it because my friends made me reconfigure the headset daily so they could hear me clearly and at an appropriate volume. If you’re a computer gamer, this is the headset you want, if you only use it for ps4 or Xbox, it’s too much of a headache. Hope this helps!

I really like this headset except it hold on my head a little to tight and the battery life is ok.

The haptics bring a new interesting level of immersion to the headphones. Options to adjust the level of haptics and turn off are great as haptics are not something I want for every situation, but for some games and movies it take the experience to another level!

I am going to take these back. They will not hold a charge there is nothing that tells you the headset is charged. If you restart your PC the headset needs to be reset up and tech support with Razor is awful they have not answered me back and that was a week and a half ago. So not Razor products for me ever again.

Will not charge with very minimal use. Worst headset ever

Nari Ultimates are great but my computer is too junky to even run the software for them so I had to return.

After doing research I settled for Razer headsets and I am not disappointed. Easy connection to PC and software is very user friendly.

Great sound quality and cool features. Has issues with mic quality and feedback from the headphones themselves. I’ve had a lot of issues of people being able to hear my headphones coming through the mic. Never had that issue with any other headset. It doesn’t degrade my experience just the people I play with lol.
