I found this product to be overpriced and not very comfortable compared to the Corsair Void headset. The Corsair Void headset is the most comfortable headset I've ever used. The Corsair Void doesn't make my ears hurt after hours of wearing it even with my glasses on. Don't buy the Razer headset. Save yourself money and buy the Corsair Void headset instead. You'll be glad you did!!!

Works good but not great. Some connectivity issues sometimes.

I have had this headset replaced 3 total times now. I have strictly made sure I carefully take it off my head and carefully put it onto my head and yet this headset has continuously snapped on the plastic swivel joints on the right side earphone. I shouldn't have to treat the headset like it is the most fragile thing on the planet in order to prevent it from snapping in the same spot over and over again. Razer products have gone down hill in reliability. I do not recommend purchasing this headset unless you like to take the time to drive to best buy and get it replaced once a year.

design of headset should be better since my previous one broke which was a disappointment for the cost Hoping this one is better

Purchased for my son for gaming use. Set up was very easy and sound quality is great - especially the low frequency intensity and "haptic vibration". Only minor problem is that when left plugged into the laptop's USB port for very long you start getting the incessant warble-up and warble-down sound of the USB connecting and disconnecting. Solved this by using a USB charger instead of the laptop's USB port.

I have tried various sets of headsets. This particular one has by far great quality audio. The only downside is the mic is horrible that's on the headset, but I have a separate audio output for a mic which is a razer seiren mini mic and my friends said it sounds way better.

I purchased these headphones for my son, who virtually lives on his computer. If he is gaming, watching videos or doing home work, he is asleep in his computer chair with these headphones wrapped around his head, neck or face (haha). They are still working great and he has never complained.

Best gaming/everyday headphones for music listening and producing! No lag, no latency, nothing! These are awesome and I thought these were better than the Corsair void wireless RGB headphones by a lot. Sound and haptics are very rich and impactful on the Nari ultimate

Good bass but sometimes inconsistent but for fps great setup

The headset has a hefty price for the sound delivered you be better off buying another headset. The mic quality sounds like its straight out of 2006.

I am a freelance computer tech so i know my stuff. I would not ha a bought this set if i read any of the reviews saying the mic is substandard and in my case dis bit even work. This is a great headset dorr gaming and listening to music but if you want the mic to work forget it!

It’s not a bad headset. It really isn’t. But the built in mic has a really crappy audio codec. Sounds like you are in a microwave. Which isn’t normally an issue because because I use a blue yeti anyway but the headset mic attempted to default itself to the default recording device even though I had disabled it multiple time. After Re installing all of the drivers for it and doing a fresh install it stopped.

These headphones sound great to the person wearing them, but the mic is poor quality so if you're talking to people these aren't for you. The headphones also reverberate a lot with base, which is cool, but really starts to hurt your head in shooter games and such. Returned them for those reasons.

great sound but the bass seems to be a little off however all the extra this headset has makes up for it. the usb for the wireless device clips into the headset so you always have it. the mic tucks into the headset so it's never in the way and the battery life is really good on these.

Pro- Charge lasts about 8 hours. LARGE range in customizing sound. Con- Died after 6 months (sound would phase in an out). Would lose wireless connection almost every time the computer was shut down. Too Heavy.
