I’m writing this review after owning the headset for a little over a month it feels like. The haptic feedback is nice and fun however ruinous if playing any tactical shooters because the feedback is distracting.
The sound quality is fantastic with plenty of options for customization.
The microphone is abysmal. Absolutely garbage. I think the microphone in my sons 3 dollar walkie talkies he got in a stocking stuffer is of higher quality. Your teammates/friends will hate you for the amount of echo they have to suffer through from your microphone. If you’re purchasing a headset for online gaming and plan on using the microphone in this headset, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY THESE. I put up with the terrible microphone since my date of purchase. Messed with all mic settings, gain levels, windows settings for microphone adjustments, razer support, Reddit forums. There is nothing to be done for this terrible microphone. This shouldn’t be such a glaring issue for a headset in this price range.
I also experience frequent disconnects/reconnects with the headset due to the wireless. Something else to keep in mind.
The charging port on the headset is also annoying. There’s no easy way to plug it into charge and set it down.
I just bit the bullet last night and bought some Astro A50s, because I couldn’t deal with this headset anymore. My online friends were so thankful they offered to cover some of the expense for the sole reason of them not having to listen to the abhorrent echo anymore.

For this price you would think it would have a toggle on/off switch for the bass, too much bass!

I bought these on sale as a Christmas gift for my nephew. As soon as he unboxed them, he was immediately happy with the comfort of this headset. I personally have the "midrange" version of the Nari headsets and can only speak to their comfort as it is in my opinion that the only real difference between the "Ultimate" and the non-Ultimate version is Hyper-Sense, the in ear "rumble" effect. Other than that, I have had no issues with the Nari headsets whatsoever. To this date, My nephew hasn't had any issues either.
Are there better options out there?
Most definitely. Even within the Razer family, there are better, possible less costly, options available.
Recommended unless Razer isn't your preferred brand.

After 2+ years of just about everyday use the sound starts to go in the main ear cup. The foam around the earcup also starts to tear and the dongle eventually gives. I’ve used mine for mainly gaming on PS over all I’d buy again with a warranty.

Worked great for about 6 months until suddenly will no longer take charge or turn on. Sadly Razer has NO WARRANTY for batteries. Which is the main component of the headset. Apparently there is no guarantee on the quality of a battery in a $200 headset. Or their willingness to replace it.

I bought this for my 13 year old son. He loves to play on He’s PC. He wanted to have better sound on he’s headset. He loves it and is the best headset for clarity and over all sound. It’s like being in the actual game.

Ive had this headset for awhile and i think the sound is alright but not worth the money i paid for it. Little did i know the microphone was broken when i got it. it transmits voice but the voice always sounds robotic and cuts in and out constantly and you can hear a rattle in it. I would spend your money on something else if i were you.

Very nice quality! I loved the way they felt. But unfortunately we were having issues on our end with our computer trying to update so we had to return. Nothing wrong with the headset itself
