Consistent disconnecting, crackling noises, other players say you sound like you’re in a tunnel. I tried for an hour to speak to a human at Razer. To no avail. Also the firmware updates won’t work. These are legitimately BAD. STAY AWAY. Get anything else.

I read articles where they talk about the haptic feedback missing cues on music or games, I have had no such experience. Everything about this headset has been spot on, a grade, perfection! It's compatible with my phone, video game consoles, and my PC so there are no complaints there and the vibrational feedback adds a whole different level of emersion especially when you're using it with an oculus VR.

Its bad but I still wanna keep it cause its cool

The sound quality for the voice is bad both microphone and output but the sound quality for games and the fact that it vibrates is super cool. its a really niche thing. I cannot recommend it to anyone who only has one pair of headphones but if you have multiple and you really wanna experience that solo gaming experience, gotta love it lol.

Don't work and dont have warranty

And if you have the bad luck to buy it and work for 15 days you cant take it back to best buy. SO DONT BUY THIS TRASH !!

Even with there latest update you her double voice. I’ve tried altering my settings to fix this in synapse but no luck
