Had another wireless gaming headset. When they finally died, I thought I would give these a try. So far they have been great.

Great headset. If you dont charge it every other day it will die.

Setup was very simple and easy to understand. Product worked as advertised and also came with some very nice gaming software.

Build is amazing but Hypersense technology is overwhelming

Really lame that the Kraken 7.1 chroma wasn't available this one just feels cheap but costs $50 more

Got this for my son and he loves it. The only problem the battery dies sometime while he is gaming with no warning.

I enjoy the headset very much, really feels like the Bluetooth connection has a rather short range.

The headset was a bit large which didn’t bother me. It sounded great when it was working but the connection kept dropping or my mic would stop working every time I used it. Eventually had to return, maybe it was just a defective product but I’ll look for another brand as my next choice.

These headphones are great, with the spatial sounds you can really feel immersed in the games you play.

This is the third set in ten years they work the only reason I’ve replaced them was the soft material flaked

Bought these for my son to replace the last generation. they sound great and the wireless range is really good I would definitely recommend getting geek squad on any headphone purchases best buy is great if you ever have problems.

Daughter loves it. She keeps this in her room . She wants me to buy more.

These are great when you have the full Synapse system up and running (which can be difficult).

I bought this headset for my fiance for his birthday. After some pretty extensive research, he decided this is the one he wanted. Delivery time was fast but when he got it and tried it out he noticed feedback and echoing from the mic. The audio was good quality but the mic would pic up the audio from the speakers despite being at its lowest volume. He tried to change the mic settings the razor synapse, xbox settings, and games settings and nothing improved the issue. We returned it for a full refund, just be aware when purchasing this product that it might be defective.

The headphones worked great, distance is about 30ft from the location of the adapter

I haven't really liked mine and have owned it for a few months now. The batterie life is really short. and every once in a while ill have a weird popping like noise in the audio of games its really annoying sometimes. Its almost like a static sound or something. If your going to spend the money buy Corsair. Little cheaper and way better quality.

Really good sound to them, they worked fine for about 4 months and then started to develop cracks in the hinge that connects. They broke and the customer service refuses to acknowledge that it is at fault of the product. Claiming I abuse and neglected the product. It literally sits in a case unless being worn and never placed anywhere for it to fall. But don't worry they will send you $10 gift card to buy another set which will break again. Literally every time I would move the headset it would break more and more. As for the Razer company I don't think I would be purchasing from the again and stick to actually sturdy products that their company will stand behind.
