Not really worth the price if you walk away 2 feet it disconnects

Its bulky and I get plenty of complaints about the microphone.

These had to remain the cord from the date of purchase to use.

Not a fan of these headphones. Because they were wireless, they were very faulty. I played with them on PC and had a lot of issues of the entire headset going out for a minute and then coming back on (if it even turned back on). I would not recommend.

Headphone quality is nice, microphone leaves a lot to be desired.

After six months being carefully used and placed back on it's stand the swivel mount fell apart. It's cheaply made of plastic and just the stress of opening the headphones it pulled apart. Razer refused to honor the warranty and claimed the damage was accidental and said if I had bought their extended warranty they would have fixed them. However this damage clearly would fall under normal wear and tear as a manufacturing defect. I have keyboards mice etc and they worked just fine, but in the end I may not buy any other razer products. Stopped me from buying a laptop from them for sure. Also compared to the logitech G935 the Razers are heavy and dont sound as good as the G935's.

My girlfriend got me these as a gift per recommendation from the sales person. They do not function properly with the PS4 system. Mute button does not work on mic and the range is very short for wireless. Returned them next day for a refund.

I honestly thought because they were Razer they would be top of the line...nope I was fooled. Absolutely horrible headphones. Do NOT buy. The sound sucks and the fit is absolutely horrible.

Couldn't get this to work for dictation with Windows 10. Ear cups got very hot (no ventilation). Nice sound though. Returned them for a Logitech headset that does what I need and still has pretty good sound.

Major issues with the microphone and Discord. Sound output is choppy. I tried many different settings in Synapse 3 to no avail. Formerly using Corsair HS70 which were great. I would not recommend these if you want to use the microphone.

I am a Razer fan. That’s the only reason i spent 200 boxes on a headset. But this headset only provided very normal sound quanlity. The mic doesn’t work about 1 month after purchasing. Razer’s support is very friendly and i get a replacement.

Terrible. The build is good but there is to much sound that comes from headphones to mic. People can hear themselves talk through mic even at low volumes

Super heavy. Ear muffs were not comfy at all. Range of wireless I found to be subpar. Rig 500x beats these out of the water. Would not buy again.

My son was super excited about this product. He was very disappointed to find it defective. It would not charge. Had to return. Decided not to risk it & purchased a different brand.

I bought the product in April for gaming and meetings. However, the left side of the headphone stopped working after 4 months of usage. The headphone was never dropped, or even taken somewhere else besides home. I have at least 5 different headsets and this is very disappointing. Contacted Razer support and service quality is very poor as they keep asking questions after questions. I paid $149 for this headphone and I starting to think this is not worth it. I would not recommend these headphones.

When I bought these headphones for my wife I had hoped that they would be a good replacement for the Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum that she had been using they were not. She had continued issues with Razors software and her headphones not being recognized by her computer. The headphones would suddenly stop working, while fully charged and finally just stopped functioning all together this year. They are not even 2 years old yet as they were bought as a Christmas preset on December 22nd 2018.

It has random beeping every so often. Mine just stopped working completely. Not worth buying. No fix to the beeping either.

These are like every other Razer headset I've tried, they sound terrible and are incredibly uncomfortable. They were quickly returned. For the price check out SteelSeries Artics or HyperX.

The nari is a good idea but its way too big so its really uncomfortable and the audio controls are total garbage. wouldnt waste money on this, better off buying logitech g933

Do NOT buy these headphones! The price for theseDOES NOT match the sound quality. Super muffled sounds but points for the look, they are a very stylish headset
