I have had nothing but connection issues with this headset since I bought them. Software is bad also.

These headphones didn’t work for my son on his Xbox. He couldn’t hear his friends talking so we took them back to the store.

Honestly, as an elite plus member my advice to you is to spend your money elsewhere. Excellent product, just the retailer itself has no real perks to offer you. I've spent thousands of dollars at this company and got hung up on the phone with a representative while trying to order a product they failed to notify is back in stock. Be smarter than me, take your business elsewhere.

after 3 months of owning this headset the battery has died and not holding charge do not get this product

They’re advertised as Wireless with THX Spatial Audio however even though the box says Xbox compatible you cannot connect them to your XBox wirelessly. Further, when connected via the headphone cable the THX is not supported. If you’re going to claim the product is compatible it should support all the features, especially a major one like wireless connectivity.

I really did not like these headphones due to the fact that they were way too clunky and cheap feeling. I used them for like an hour and returned them. The audio was very strange. Gaming i could see it working but music was not a good experience. Too much bass as well. Buy the Arctis 7 instead (what i ended up going with). A much much much better headset

These headphones were great for the first 5 months, but then they stopped working. I cannot consistently get audio to go to the correct channels and frequently cannot get audio to come through at all. I previously had the Logitech 933 for two years before they failed, but these have been a consistent problem.

they lasted 5 weeks. now the chat channel and the mic are so low they are useless. i had to go back to using my old headset. i have looked at every setting i can find in both windows and discord. they are all maxxed.

They were uncomfortable, not loud enough and lacked features/options.

I have a lower grade ones that block out noise better than these. Not worth the $

Left Ear speaker had no sound either wireless or wired. Had to return and when I went to order a replacement the price had gone up by $40 so I went with something else. Razer customer service is overwhelmed with requests so they wouldnt even let me get in line for support.

It is great for the first day but however the microphone completely messes up. Discord and Windows can't detect the mic and this does make me regret buying the product.

Bought this for my teenage son who is a big gamer and uses all Razer products. The microphone is muffled and online that is everyone's problem with it and a pain to fix if it even does. Do not buy!! Returned for a different pair. Sucks

Over the small time I had these, I did not enjoy them at all. There's "pop" at even low volumes, the mic is atrocious (I know Razer isn't known for them) and the sound quality altogether is really bad for the price.

Left speaker cut out after 5 weeks of purchasing. Didn't even get the chance to really use them as I was building a new PC. Should have went with a cheaper brand and got some use out of it.

No matter how many times I take this back and exchange it for another one one of the ears still did not work

Horrible uncomfortable unit that I could not recommend to someone I don’t even like.

Many technical issues - would not advise spending this kind of money for product that is not worthy.

Product was defective. The microphone not functioning. We were unable to return the product yet.

Got ruined quickly can only use while charging wouldn’t recommend this one
