Best phone for the money. I bought the phone from Razer directly because I wanted the exclusive Satin Black version. The display is just amazing, powerful specs with plenty of RAM to open as many apps as needed and run games smoothly without worrying about closing any background apps or services. And with Razer wireless charger, the RGB experience is complete.

I love this phone. It's fast, awesomely priced, higher quality than an iPhone with more features. The display is unmatched. Speakers are very loud and clear. But I have 2 issues with it. One being the battery, with the display turned down to 60hz, the battery can last all day, but if you use features like Chroma lighting or the 120hz option, it will drain fast. The other is far more important, this phone doesn't get many security updates, and I would prefer if my important data stays safe. Come on Razer.

great phone...so long as you don't have verizon!! the phone has a great display AMAZING battery life, great camera but when I try to send a text message (verizon) it does not work!!! HOPEFULLY they fix this asap so I can edit my review!

Despite it being a great phone, Razer support has offered me little help with a charging problem and I have been trying to get in contact with them for over a month now. I phone suddenly stopped charging using a wire so I sent in a ticket. However, I have received minimal response and they refuse to contact me through calling, emailing, or live support. I have been left in the dark with my malfunctioning phone for over a month now. I have the sneaking suspicion that they want my warranty to run out so that they do not have to deal with it any more. Terrible buisness practice and will not be coming back despite owning a few products. Unfortunately can not recommend because of this.

I upgraded to this phone from a Samsung Galaxy S7 for Black Friday 2019 because it was on such a discount that it was worth the investment. Since I've gotten it it's been sitting and barely used because it came with for dead pixels in a cluster in the bottom right corner. You know what's amazing? Getting a phone that's all about having one of the best displays you can buy and then having that display come with four dead pixels and nothing you can do about it because Best Buy's warranty process is garbage and manufacturers consider dead pixels a common occurrence and not a defect. My suggestion buy a phone through carrier because if you have any issues at least you can return it to them and get a replacement. Don't go through Best Buy because I'm a Black Friday sale. My holiday is ruined.

This has been the worst phone I've ever had. I loved the style and the shape and it seemed like it would be great. It has been a nightmare. It freezes, hangs up on people, has horrible signal where my Galaxy had perfect signal, very laggy and so much more crap. I have to restart this thing sometimes 2 times a day for it to work. Idk how you can make such a crappy product and sell it for the price they do. I had an LG before that crashed and I lost everything. That phone was better than this one!!!

Gaming phone ha. This phone has lasted me less then a year and it already has problems holding a charge and the battery dies in less then 2 hours on battery saving mode. If you got this because of the 120 herts refresh rate. Good luck because on non power saving mode you may only get an HR of game play . Save your money and just get a galaxy or iphone. This phone made me never want to own another razer product again.

The phone is breaking when i played pubG, being a gaming phone i did not expect this from it. Sound is good but battery backup is worst. phone is getting heated up when playing or video calling.
