Great controller. Good weight, feel, build quality, and customization. There are two minor issues with it though the controller is amazing and a big upgrade from the stock PS5 controller. The first; it is not bluetooth and has a dongle that must be plugged into a USB port on the PS5. This is more of an FYI. However, the controller will not toggle on the PS5. You must manually turn on the PS5 or use another controller and then turn on the Razer. Annoying, but worth it once playing games. Secondly, the customization app works on smart phones but there is no app for the PS5. Not sure why, but might be a Razer issue. The XBOX controller has one for the XBOX. These are minor annoyances given how nice the controller is, the build quality, and the customization options.

This controller is great I needed a good pro controller. I play a lot or R6 Siege and ran into the issue of constant stick drift with controllers and I was going through the ps5 controllers so fast I decided to get this one. The controller fits perfect in the hand it has great grip especially for someone like me with sweaty hands. The mapping for the controller is easy if you have a pc. If not you can use the app and it works just as easy. Only complaint is the size of the thumb sticks for a person with bigger hand they tend to be a little uncomfortable.

Purchased this for my little brother, he loves it and it takes some getting used to. I told him the only down side is no rumble features but he said he turns it off anyway lol so good purchase!

I mainly use this controller for first person shooter games. Controller is great but it has its drawbacks. Pros: -Has a headphone jack -TMR sticks, adjustable triggers, two extra customizable buttons near the trigger and four customizable back buttons -Software customization options on thumbsticks and triggers -4 on board controller profiles for your settings -Comfortable Cons: -Uses USB A ports (must use a USB dongle for wireless connection and use USB cable for charging/wired play) -Clicky face buttons (preference based) -Missing features (controller does not start Playstation 5 console from off/sleep, no vibration, no gyroscope) -Controller does not remember mute function, so you should remember to press the mute button when using a headset -Thumbsticks are replaceable, but they only give you two extra thumbsticks (one tall and one small); they should have provided two pairs (total of four thumbsticks)

Great product. Need better instructions tho. Love the case it comes with and extra joysticks. Seems to be good quality.

Great alternative to the dual sense edge for around the same price range also a bit bigger in the hand very comparable to the Xbox controllers if you prefer that. Great customization through the razer app, only dislike about the controller if changing out the back paddles they can be a bit annoying to screw and unscrew to change but doesn’t hinder the performance very responsive.

Controller is great so far love the clickiness played with scuff controllers for a long time got this cause its a little cheaper not disappointed at all.

My husband was geeked when he realized this was one of his birthday presents. He always spoke about professional controllers and is definitely enjoying the upgrade. He did look at videos on customizing his controls and it did take some time to get acquainted with all the ins and outs but he has gotten use to the new set up and is LOVING it.

The controller is great highly recommended. Easy button customization.

Purchased for my Boyfriend. He loves it more than the $300 controller he has because it’s more sturdier with the buttons and a tougher material. He prefers it over the more expensive one. Very durable

Perfect ergonomics and feedback from the buttons. Since purchasing it’s been my primary PS5 controller. Warning: if you need haptics it doesn’t have them. I bought it for precision. Depending on when you started gaming they might be a no go but for me it wasn’t. It’s the best option on the market for design.

Hands down best controller for under $200. Tons of customization, magnetic thumb sticks no more drift!!!! Must have for the FPS player. I was a scuff controller user for years. Scuff is way overrated and customer service is terrible. Go with Razer.

This feels like a bulky ps5 controller somewhere in-between an xbox controller and ps5. I like the tactile clicking. It takes some getting used to but i'm happy with it. Giving it 4 stars because the thumbsticks stick out way too much and I have big hands. Makes some gaming challenging.

Super sick and easily programmable button mapping.

I really like this controller. I wish it was a tad smaller, had vibration and came with a tall dome stick. I would have gave it 5 if it had these improvements. Maybe next time.

Had this controller for sum time now and I can say that this controller has solved my problems with stick drift, I can play any game without having to worry about drift the paddles are great to for people who use paddles everything about it is great. Highly recommend it.

Great high quality controller. Love the mechanical buttons and rear buttons. TMR sticks are excellent.

The mouse click buttons with analog triggers and a playstation layout makes this controller perfect compared to other options.
