I bought this product the moment it was available - in November 2017 - and its d-pad broke in less than six months of use. Props to Razer customer support in handling the RMA, after I jumped through a few hoops. In April 2018, I sent for and received the replacement. Now, barely three months after having received the replacement unit, it is already showing problems. The d-pad now does not click in the left/upper position, and the lack of that resistance has literally killed me in games. Further, key 12 no longer clicks unless it is pressed on its lower extremity. I soon will contact Razer for yet another RMA.

while the entire unit if functional and fairly easy to setup and use the interior is a jumble of cheap parts. after 6 months of use the dpad on mine had the button toggle go out and the left upon further inspection.

Great for all types of gaming! Has multiple profile settings for every game you could play. Even has options to remap things I wouldn’t ever think of

The product is great and feels comfortable. It takes some time to get used to it, but I'm never going back. The software for the keypad offers an amazing amount of programmability.

It's taking a very very long time getting used to this thing. The D-pad in the thumb would have been far more useful as an analog joystick for movement. It had potential but unfortunately it's not for me, total waste of money

If you like a gamepad, this is easily the best. Synapse is sometimes a pain but all rgb software is occasionally!

This thing would be incredible if it didn't render any controller I connect to my PC completely useless, as Windows refuses to recognize other controllers while the Tartarus is plugged in. Until Razer fixes this, this item is pretty much trash for any PC gamer.
