The back buttons run too close to the center of the back, rather than where your fingers naturally rest when you grip the controller, this means you need to compromise your grip every time you press the buttons. The Razer tournament edition has properly positioned back buttons so it is curious why they put them in a bad position on the upgraded model. Side note. Best Buy has a two week return policy, I assumed it was a month like most retailers so after letting this sit boxed in my house for 16 days I’m stuck with it, they won’t even let me exchange it.

Great Controller!

If you're on the fence about buying the Elite Series 2, give this one a look. Sadly the RGB customization isn't very in depth. It is wired, but comes with a lengthy cord. Buttons seems to be placed perfectly.

After only 2 days I experienced severe downward drift on the left joystick, which is specifically designed with a shorter movement forward, and twice the movement back, or down. The bumpers have a fair amount of movement as well, and tend to jam if not pressed correctly. I was excited for the feature this controller has, but when you're walking in circles or driving in circles in-game, it's more frustrating than anything. After going through literally EVERY SINGLE brand and model BestBuy has to offer, my conclusion is: Get Thrustmaster's eSwap for the same price, or just a regular controller for $60. And, if you continuously have controller issues like me, get the warranty.

Pretty Solid BUT

Outside of the the controller seems phenomenal.
