Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Wolverine Ultimate controller's high-quality build, ease of use, and customizable features, frequently praising its comfortable feel and appealing RGB lighting. However, some users reported issues with stick drift and button responsiveness, while others found the wired connection and paddle placement less than ideal. The controller's size also received mixed reviews, with some finding it too large or too small for their hands. Overall, the positive feedback on the controller's design and feel is tempered by concerns about its durability and ergonomics.

Replaced a Xbox elite with this. It’s really good, kid loves it. For some reason every so often the vibration goes off like crazy…think it’s the app doing it but not sure. Nice controller

This is such a great controller. I use it for my game development as I am a game dev. This has numerous controllers for everything I need when programming games. LOVE! Not to mention RAZER is all I use.

Forget the Elite series! The Razer Wolverine Ultimate is the best XBox controller I've ever owned. The ability to shorten the pressing of the L&R triggers is great for first-person shooters like Halo, and the amount of customization is insane! You can even swap out the joysticks and D-Pad depending on the type of gaming you do. It's also fully programmable with a PC app you download. The only minus is that this was made for XBOne and not the Series models so there is no share button. Otherwise, this is the best controller on the market!

So far so good. I don't like the mushy buttons but the sticks are nice and the back trigger layout is great.

At its core its a good controller. I like the clicky buttons and customization. Macros are also a nice touch, but i dont see myself using them. I dont like that its not wireless, even though the cable is removable. Or that i cant sync it with any of my other razer PC components. I get that its meant for consoles, but Razer really couldnt add synapse integration?

It’s an enjoyable controller. It’s easy to use and fits comfortably in your hand. Power cord is long enough for some good lazy boy sitting and playing. Gameplay and response time is lightning quick.

So I'll start by saying, it feels like this controller was made for Shaq. The controller feels awkward in your hands because of its massive size. Because of its massive size, the mappable buttons on the back of the controller, or hard to reach comfortably. I'm a 6 ft tall dude with what I'd like to consider average sized hands. The fact that this controller also does not have a wireless feature does not help with its $129 price tag. One feature I do like, the mic mute toggle button on the mid bottom of the controllers front face is a helpful feature when using a controller because of the fact you don't get a push to talk key bind and muting directly using the headset makes your hand leave the controller which never turns out good when gaming. Color features are cool but don't work with razors module on the synapse program to set the color to what you want. First day using the controller I had a disconnect which happened directly on the controllers micro USB "secure" inset design. Last complaint, from day one I have had a stick drift and none of the replacement sticks seem to help. All in all I rated this at 3 because I like the razor brand, it seems to be made of good materials, and the mute feature is on point but realistically if it was any other brand is controller would be rated a 2.

Got controller at a great price and feels premium. Love the tactical buttons, feels more responsive than the membrane versions. No lag and prefer this over the elite 2.

Controller feels great, and the paddles are easy to configure and use but I've had it for 2 months nearly to the day with everyday but not overly heavy use and the stick drift in the right joycon is unbelievable. I can barely use it now and I can no longer exchange or return it as I'm out of the return window. Kind of unacceptable for a nearly $150 controller.

Love this controller. Just wish the paddles were more towards the grips of the controller instead of in the middle. Definitely a step above your standard controller

Great alternative to the Microsoft Xbox Elite 2. My son wanted a good wired controller that has paddles for gaming and this one does the trick for him for sure.

    Grinding Rocket League

I’m certainly no expert when it comes to controllers, but in using this vs a few other options, I love it. It has held up over a year of pretty hard core Rocket League grinding (5-7 days a week, multiple hours per session) and the only issue is I’ve worn the letter “A” off the button. Feels solid, the buttons are just the right amount of resistance, the sticks feel right. Don’t know what else to say. Just a little pricey but you get what you pay for and it’s not the most expensive thing out there.
