I did return to Best Buy because I could not get it to work right for me

Tried to use it, playing my game however it is not compatible.

cheaply made , not for use if you have bigger hands. cheap quality.

After only a year of use the left thumbstick stopped working and now the controller won't even power up. Talked to Razer support and I can't even get it repaired because the SN# on the back side of controller has rubbed off from use! Waste of money!!!

Bought one and the left stick was drifting down so I returned it. Bought another and the same issue occurs. Bad QC on this controller I guess. Its a shame as it feels really good in the hands but looks like it just wasn't meant to be. Maybe you will have better luck.

Felt really cheap, was expecting similar performance and feel to Xbox elite controller, absolutely not, couldn't get controller to change RGB in synapse, would not buy again or recommend to others, the v2 is better than this one

I was told this controller was about the same as the series 2 elite controller. The controller isnt bad if you arnt already use to the elite controller but I was not crazy about this controller at all. I returned it like 3 days later

I've spent maybe 10 hours using this on a couple FPS games and suddenly it stops working. I've tried multiple USB ports on multiple devices, the controller won't turn on.

Quit working 10 months of use. My son took good care of this and is split between his moms and my house so this didn’t get used but half the time.

Stick drift developed within a week. Still like the controller only other thing I don't like is that is micro USB not USB c.

I got 2 replacements and the third time I got it (3/29/2021) it refused to completely turn on

Stick with an elite/elite 2 this controller is not worth the money.

I'm a fan of wired controllers, no batteries to die out and response will always be great. i like that i can program the buttons to my liking with the app.

I absolutely love this controller. I did some research regarding the different modded controllers available, along with the extra button mod-packs that connect to regular controllers, and this is the controller I decided to go with. Unlike the Elite, this controller has 6 extra buttons (4 back, 2 on top next to the triggers that you can reach with your finger tips of your trigger fingers) instead of just 4.. More button, less ruple! How can you go wrong? I love living in free market economy of capitalist America! Also, I've dropped mine about a hundred times and it still works great. I did only give it 4 stars because I would have liked a little more control over the calibration of the sticks and buttons. It would be nice to be able to reset and zero them out. There is kind of an option to do that when you adjust for the optional drag/zoom effect (you can assign 2 of the back buttons to control raising and lowering your sensitivity at the touch of the button, for instance if you need to zoom in on a target with a 12x scope, you hold the button that slows your sensitivity and the sticks move much less so.its harder to over adjust on shots. Also, if you are ADSing and moving to slow, you can press the other button to increase sensitivity allowing you much greater and faster movements with less movement of the actual sticks). Anyway, I bought a new one to use with my series X so now I have two. All glory to powerful nation Arstotzka!

This has been one of the best wired controllers I've ever used. Not only can it take punishment from rage-quitting, but it can also dish it out. The carrying case holding the additional levers is great and convenient. If you happen to find this, BUY THIS.

I bought this and returned it because I ended up just sticking to mouse and keyboard but from what i remember it was nice and reminds you of the OG controller.

I prefer wireless, but this controller has many uses.

I got this for $80+tax. I really wanted something wireless, but these companies are out of their minds if they think I'm going to drop $200+ on a controller just because they threw some extra buttons on it. This controller offers quite a bit. an extended joystick, swappable sticks and d-pad. The a/x/y/b buttons are clicky like a mouse. There are 6 extra buttons and trigger stops you can engage to reduce overall travel (if you play FPS with a controller.. which I might for single player but.. for MP I'll always prefer M+KB.. wish the console kiddies would come to the same conclusion pc gamers did 20 years ago and decide that aiming on your own is more fun and that the mouse beats the controller for that purpose. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I don't need Razer Synapse for this controller. I stopped using razer products a long time ago because of Synapse. Thankfully there's a stand alone app that lets you configure the controller which is detected as an xbox controller.
