Customers are saying

Customers find value in the Wolverine V2 Chroma Pro Gaming Controller's robust build quality, comfortable feel, and satisfying mechanical buttons. The controller's customizable RGB lighting and responsive controls are also appreciated. However, some customers are disappointed by the lack of wireless connectivity and find the size a bit large, especially considering the price point for a wired controller.

Having used an xbox elite v2 previously this is definitely a sub par product. It feels light and cheap, the face buttons feel and click like a mouse, and I don't believe it has the rear trigger rumble motors. For the same price go for the xbox elite even if this is on sale.

    Usb-C disconnection issue

The usb-c port on this controller is god awful. I bought a second controller hoping that the first one was a fluke. If you move around at all while the controller is plugged in, it will disconnect the controller and take multiple seconds to reconnect. The actual controller is awesome and feels nice. I just wish i could use it effectively.

Not worth the price. The cheaper version is a much better value, the RGB and paddles are not worth it and the USB cable is just another failure point.

NOTICE FOR PC PLAYERS: Does not set up easily, especially if you already have a razer product and have their Razer synapse installed. CONSOLE PLAYERS: It works great! Too much money for RGB

The right stick physically broke after two months, it spins in circles now and is 100% unusable. The USB-C quality is very poor as well, the controller was having issues staying connected to my Xbox Series X. The controllers power button is extremely bright and cannot be dimmed. The back buttons are too awkward to use comfortably and you can't set the controller down without triggering the buttons. Honestly just get anything else.

This is my second controller and again the buttons keep sticking. Now it is too late to exchange and I am stuck with RMA which is never fun to deal with. I play games maybe 1 hour on some nights with this controller to give you a idea of how often I use it.

The Razor Wolverine V2 Xbox controller is among one of the best controllers out there. Not only does it have interchangeable analog sticks but 6 different buttons all being comfortable to get to and convenient for mapping out. The 2 additional analog sticks are a inverted one as well as an extended one. The extended analog stick is great for a more precise movements and camera control but has a longer distance to get out of the dead zone. The inverted analog stick is a lot more wide which gives it less time to get out of the dead zone and less precise. The controller has haptic feedback which give it a more immersive experience while playing. The controller has a nice aesthetic look with the RGB. It is a wired controller which may be annoying to some. Its built with great quality and its very strong and sturdy.

I'm here to tell you that, in my opinion, the Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma Pro Gaming Controller is NOT compatible with PC. Does Razer advertise that this controller is PC compatible? Yes, they do. What Razer fails to tell you is that it's not compatible with Razer's Synapse 3.0 software. Instead, Razer has this absolute TRASH app on the Microsoft Store called: Razer Controller Setup for Xbox. And that app constantly hangs, crashes, and fails in every imaginable way. If you choose not to use the Xbox app, you can't adjust the lighting or use any extra buttons on a Windows PC. So what's the point of spending $140 for this thing in the first place? Razer has a persistent problem merging high prices, with poor build quality and absolute TRASH software. Everything Razer sells should work under a single unified piece of software. As for that Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app, it's sitting nicely at a 1.5 to 2-star rating depending on the day you look at it. And it feels like three-dollar-an-hour Fiverr or Upwork developers were hired to design it. In the last year alone, this is the 3rd product I've returned from Razer---and it's the last time I ever waste my time with this "company." I am an EPIC GAMER and I do NOT tolerate trash software and low-quality hardware. For now, I'm going to remain a SteelSeries man.

This controller started malfunctioning as soon as the return time ended. Literally played one time then it never turned back on. Did troubleshooting and still nothing. The quality isn't what I was expecting at all. Feel like I wasted money.

    Great Pro Controller

Having a pro controller when gaming makes a huge difference. Finding s high quality pro controller for the Xbox series X is not the easiest thing. To get one that is comfortable and high quality. This controller definitely exceeded my expectations. The only downside is that it is not a wireless controller. However, it does come with a long braised USB-C chord. In my testing it did not come unplugged however it does not have any kind of locking mechanism to hold it in place. It is possible that it could disconnect if pulled hard enough but it was not an issue. One of my favorite features is that it has RBG lightning which is a nice gaming feature. As far as extra buttons this controller has plenty of extra customizable buttons. Four extras on the back of the controller and two extra near the triggers. It also has adjustable triggers which I love for first person shooters I could have shorter trigger pulls. This is s great high quality controller. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a pro controller with more features than a standard Xbox controller but does not mind having a wired controller The wire is extremely long and would even work in a normal living room environment.

Controller already doesn’t work, and of course it happens literally 3 days after my “return period” through Best Buy expired. Razer is a pain to try and return to them so in the trash it went.
