Customers are saying

Customers find value in the Wolverine V2 Chroma Pro Gaming Controller's robust build quality, comfortable feel, and satisfying mechanical buttons. The controller's customizable RGB lighting and responsive controls are also appreciated. However, some customers are disappointed by the lack of wireless connectivity and find the size a bit large, especially considering the price point for a wired controller.

This is the same brand that makes high end RAZER PCs and accessories. You will be receiving a high end product from a high end PC company. Will this improve your game? YES! but you have to take the time to adjust the settings and make sure you place quick keys to where they will help you improve. Compatibility: Works with Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PCs (windows 10 or higher). Fit and feel: The controller fits perfectly in my hands and has great grip in my palms and fingers. It feel a little different from the OEM Xbox controllers but it is an upgrade with additional features. Customize: The controller has 6 multi function buttons (4 on the bottom and two additional on the top edge next to your LT and RT buttons), interchange magnetic thumbstick which are secured on strongly with a + system. You get two regular size thumbsticks which have great grip. one longer thumbstick with the same grip. RGB color is on par. The lights are of quality you cant see each led light but rather two beams of light wrapped around your controller. Cons: I wish the X,Y,B,A buttons light up as you only have two bars of lights so this would add to it visually. I also wish the xbox button would light up. There is a little light below it but really the symbol should light up. Its not WIRELESS you have to use the provided cable or a USB C to USB A cable. However, the provided cable is braided, long and of high quality.

Best controller I've ever had in my hands

To start off appearance wise this looks amazing! I'm hooked on all of the RGB items that are out now and this controllers styling puts it at the top of my list. Sleek and stealthy! Now for features.. in the hand it just feels great.. button layout and textures. grip where it needs to be! With two extra triggers and four extra buttons underneath for designations. If you play competitively or your kid plays Fortnite this is a Godsend evening the playing field against PC players who use keyboard with multiple designated one button keys strokes for commands. It makes it hard to compete on that level with a standard controller against PC players. But with this giving you multiple buttons for commands it puts you on the same level speed wise. If you are used to a standard controller it will take some getting used to with the extra button layout. Sometimes it feels like it gets in the way but once you get used to the new layout you're good! I love the RGB lighting.! The only thing I would like to see different is for it to be wireless! Would highly recommend it to others

Are you looking to take your game up a notch? Want to add some flair to your controller while going on an adventure? Then look no further the Razer - Wolverine V2 Chroma Pro Gaming Controller fits the bill! Putting it in your hands feels super natural and very form fitting. Right off the bat the design strikes you as just awesome! The added RGB is very eye catching. Secondly the swappable thumb sticks is a welcomed addition as something you have on the first party elite series controllers. Then toss in the mappable buttons.. its choice galore. Hows it stack up? Playing COD with the customizable buttons really helped in warzone as I felt I had that personal touch I needed. Durability this things feels rock solid after testing it out over 30 hours of intense gaming sessions and a few drops from the couch to the floor. I would highly recommend this controller as It felt brand new no sway for button sticking after putting it through some very rigorous sessions in FPS and RACING games.

The Razer - Wolverine V2 Chroma Pro Gaming Controller is my new favorite Xbox controller now. It’s quality built and doesn’t feel cheap. The magnetic swappable thumbsticks are a great feature. I like to play FPS games and I use the taller concave thumbstick which feels great. Some other features include the extra 2 shoulder buttons and the extra 4 buttons underneath the controller which are all programmable with the Razer app. Another thing I love is how all the buttons feel. They actually click like a mouse button, even the d-pad. This takes less effort when you are frantically mashing buttons to get that kill which results in smoother more precise gameplay. The controller also has stopper on each trigger to limit the amount of travel for each pull of the trigger. I find this to be useful in FPS games also when shooting. The Wolverine V2 Chroma also has RGB who doesn’t love RGB in a gaming product!

    Excellent wired controller!

I will first mention the ergonomics of this controller. It feels very natural and solid in my hands without being too big or feeling bulky. The included cable feels high quality and can be easily disconnected when needed. I appreciate the use of usb-c here, as so many other peripheral manufacturers are still using micro usb in 2021. The RGB strips are attractive and can be fully adjusted in the Razer software. Thumb sticks feel solid and smooth, and the box comes with a few options for thumbsticks, which are easily removed and replaced. I have tested this controller on an XBox Series X and my gaming pc, and performance has been flawless. The triggers are very satisfying to use, and every face button has a satisfying and mechanical click to them. It's a very comfortable and tactile controller overall, highly recommend!

This is a top tier controller. It feels solid in my hands and is very ergonomic. The rubber grips have the perfect amount of grip. The analog sticks are very precise. I love the concave thumbstick covers. They are easily replaceable and they include a convex one. The buttons have a nice feel and react instantly when pressed. You can also remap the buttons via the app. This controller also has just the right amount of RGB which can also be customized through the app. This controller also has one of the best onboard sound outputs that I've heard. It's definitely geared towards gaming. I would highly recommend this controller. Likes: 1.) Feels perfect in hands, love the rubber grips 2.) Great onboard sound 3.) Just the right amount of RGB. Dislikes: 1.) None.

If you are a competitive gamer you will love the new Razr Wolverine V2 Chroma Pro. This is an excellent Xbox controller that has some of the best haptic feedback I ever felt, six additional remappable buttons, an adjustable trigger pull distance, cool looking RGB lighting and a satisfying clickiness to the buttons. After a week of using this controller I don't know how I lived without it. Its the first controller I have used that actually improved my gameplay. Also, I love that it also works on my gaming laptop. Overall I was a little disappointed that there was no wireless but the controller makes up for it with a 10 foot USB-C cable and its awesome performance. I highly recommend it.

Great controller overall. Only issues I have with it are the wire getting iffy with time and the paddles also deteriorating after a year or so. I love the extra buttons by the bumpers and the paddles are a lot better than the elite in my opinion! Great buy but I’d recommend a protection plan if you get the issues I mentioned.

This is a great controller. If you are familiar with Razer products and the clickiness of their switches this is hard to beat. It may not be wireless but that also reduces the weight and you don't have to ever worry if it is charged up or running low. It is also not going to lose bluetooth connectivity as you drive around a turn. Sure I'd love it be bluetooth and for that to work perfectly every time but that's not how things play out. With this you grab it and there is no drama, click click click. I could just play with the menus all day using the dpad, buttons, triggers etc. because it is bliss.

Initially thought I could get used to the placement of the buttons on the back… I started with a Xbox Elite series, and ultimately went back. It felt too large for my woman hands to reach all the way to the middle of the back of the controller. Otherwise, well built.

good build quality Buttons feel real good and I like the additional shoulder buttons. Only thing that I don’t like that much is back paddles. A little bit of odd placement (they’re placed at the center back of controller unlike to the sides like elite) Overall still better than elite in my opinion and people seem to have way less issues

Great controller, but you cannot buy replacement thumbsticks and kontrol freaks do not fit over the thumbstick caps. Why wouldn't this company have a kit similar to the elite 2.... Beats me. Also it's wired... A little pricey for a wired controller.

great controller. just shy of a 5 star though. for me the main reason for 4 stars. the buttons on the back are a bit of a stretch to reach. i would have liked them to be a bit closer to the grip. and the rgb lighting. i would have loved to see more of it as well as be able to have zones that you could set up. would have been nice to set one side blue and the other side red for instance. but its all one zone. also would have been nice to see around the buttons to also light up. outside of that though, its a pretty comfortable controller. it nice to have the 4 buttons on the back as well as 2 extra ones on the top. it helps in shooter games along with the trigger stops. a lot of times you normally would have to move your thumb button over to hit the a button for instance. but now, you can keep your thumb button on the thumbstick so you can keep looking around and hit the a button if you assign it to one of the extra buttons. the cord is pretty long as well so plenty of cord length to sit back and enjoy gaming.
