The wireless connectivity is super flaky for me from less than 10ft to the receiver, often resulting in stuck movement (the Xbox behaves as though a button is held down after a single press), so I ended up only ever using this controller in wired mode. After 4 months, the vibration motors inside the controller started to sound super loud and loose. Attempting to contact Razer support, I was told I’d have to film the issue, and was casually suspected of dropping the controller (I didn’t) as the root cause. They gave me 48 hours to respond to the support request and then closed the support ticket. I’ll try again when I have time to try and reproduce the issue on camera, but overall this was a terrible experience, I don’t recommend this expensive piece of garbage and I won’t be buying any razer products in the future.

Great control the responses are very quick and it feels solid in when using it

A fantastic controller however- there are many reports of it breaking on people after a few months. For me I actually owned it and returned it for a bit (was testing out controllers) chose it then had to return it because it wouldn’t start up.

I love this controller. Been using the XB Elite 2 for years but this one is much better.

The battery doesnt last long. I had to keep it plugged in. So I switched for the Wired version, its cheaper and does the job.

This is the best "pro" controller you can buy. I hope they make a PS5 version, because this is exactly the kind of product worth the high ticket price.

This is worth the money! I game every night It is very responsive and tactile

I bought this as a replacement for the Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra. It felt nice in hand, it's a little weighty, and the buttons are in a solid position. However, less than 3 weeks in, the controller stopped working completely. In either xbox or pc, it was no longer responsive with the dongle. The APP UI is awful, it has very little features. The controller logo flashes through the RGB and there is no way to turn it off.

Great upgrade to my previous Wolverine that I had for 2 years.

Use for warzone. Great controller. Sticks are nice and smooth, dont forget to turn deadzone down in software after u calibarate

The overall feel of the controller felt like it was cheap and fragile. The performance of the controller itself was not much different than your standard controller. After a short time using the controller I could not justify the cost.

Not as comfortable as the original xbox controller. Thumbsticks feel cheap, already had to replace a controller because of a broken thumbstick. Very responsive controller though.

This controller doesn't hold a charge. It disconnects. I can charge it, not use it at all for 3 days and after 10 minutes, dead again. Baffled!

It's ok, I wasn't for me because it didn't work with meta quest

This thing is a beast. Works great, I have had zero issues with it. One of my favorites by far.
