Its a good quality controller but it was little difficult to get adjusted to the stiffness of the joysticks.

Doesn’t stay connected at all to the dongle keeps disconnecting the reconnected

I purchased this controller in July of 2025, it has a great feel to it but the controller won’t stay charged and continuously disconnects from my PC while plugged in. Unusable after 5 months, not worth it.

Love it so much, you can remap it and it has halo effect joy sticks

Abaolutely horrible controller. Nonstop connectivity issues and phantom button input. The controller randomly senses buttons are pressed when i do not touch it making games unplayable. Literally any other controller will be better than this one.

Bad controller, it worked for a day and then it wouldn’t connect to the Xbox anymore

Its a massive step up from the previous version of Razer controllers. And this one is wireless with a dongle.

Pretty good controller if it didn't disconnect as much as it does. Need a Pc to update firmware, cannot use a mac.

It has a lot of buttons and software is really good.

My grandson lives the remote control and he love that it helps him play better and win the games!

Controller worked okay (nothing special) for about 6 months. Then I updated the firmware and it started malfunctioning. The support for Razer is pretty awful. I was able to uninstall and reinstall the driver and it fixed it for about another 6 months and it started to malfunction again. Now it won't be fixed by reinstalling the driver. Contacted support and conveniently it's just outside of the warranty and it they won't replace it. Save yourself the headache and just by a regular Xbox controller. There is literally no difference. This controller is way overpriced anyways.

Trugger stops are perfect, love the button feel. Device connects flawlessly with no input lag.

Great choice on quality of controller. No stick lag , no glitch or delay . Great for comp. Game playing

A fantastic controller however- there are many reports of it breaking on people after a few months. For me I actually owned it and returned it for a bit (was testing out controllers) chose it then had to return it because it wouldn’t start up.
