I am on my fourth replacement, and I keep experiencing the same issues. Randomly disconnects while playing. Razer just keeps shipping me out replacement units. It is extremely frustrating. I've updated everything properly and even tried different usb ports and cords.

Then after like 3 days, i was playing Black ops 6 and the controller would actually disconnect in the middle of the game. It just stopped working, i tried resetting controller and xbox and issue kepy happening. It seriously does have an issue with disconnecting which again is super weird since its literally a wired controller. But even with everything plugged in and reset, it still continued to disconnect. Was a cool controller but I seriously couldnt even play with it because of the disconnects, so i had to return and get a different brand

I have started having USB disconnects continually if the usb plugged into it gets nudged. If i fiddle with it at all, it wiggles around. Its poorly designed. And the Victrix Gambit with its square hole to prevent this kind of wear. Is hugely superior. I would avoid buying this becase, its not going to last you. I should have bought a warranty. Now im out 100 bucks with nothing to show for it, because this is unusable now.

Disappointment from the JUMP!

I did not find this xontroller to be as comfortable as alternatives, specially the triggers. You can find something way better for half the price with the same featutes. Check out KevDecimates youtube channel for other options under 70$

However it keeps disconnecting in game and when I switch the cord to my nice braided cord that came with my other controller it stops disconnecting. Ill be returning this controller because for 100$ it should be coming with a nice braided cable or at least one that doesn’t disconnect mid game.
