Randomly disconnect from XBox. Got stick drift on controller

Poor USB port. Frequent disconnect after half a year. Save your money.

It’s not a horrible controller but it’s not the best either. I don’t really like how the buttons are. They are responsive but they just feel off. The build quality is good but for $100 I feel like you should get some customization.

Controllers works great, love the clicking feel and where the buttons are placed. But is anyone else having the issue where it unplugs randomly??

Great controller, very comfortable back buttons. I absolutely love the two extra buttons next to the bumpers.

TLDR - Dont buy this controller. What seems to be a new trend in my recent Razer product purchases, this controller is an overpriced piece of trash. Worked fine for the first few weeks. Now the controller randomly shuts off, disconnects audio, requires multiple plug out/plug in before it starts functioning correctly again. Its not the usb-c charging cable or receiving port at issue. The controller will work fine anywhere from 30 seconds to a couple hours. When the controller is not in use its laying flat on my desk, still plugged in with the cord coming straight out. Really disappointed because the previous wolverine controller I owned lasted several years before one of the sticks went bad. Add this to a $2500 gaming laptop there the motherboard failed 2 months after the 1 year warranty expired. Offered to repair for $1700. Yeah no thanks! The controller just surpassed its return date - purchased on 2 July.

The controller is not worth it's price at all. The overall build quality does not feel premium at all. The only thing I liked about the controller is the click feedback on all the buttons. Most gaming controllers will have the other cool features such as the extra L3R3 buttons on top and the finger tip paddles. Lots of plastic and a very stiff usb cable with it. If it is wired I would figure that the cable would have had a little more thought behind it for a 100$ controller. Sticking with the 8bitdo 2c and the Vader4 in the rotation.

Worked for a while until it randomly started disconnecting. Sometimes it takes a while but once it starts disconnecting it continues to do it till I just give up and stop playing. I’ve used different UsB ports and have restarted my laptop but nothing works. Not worth the price at this point
